They had to know the outcome. Is the strategy going into these review hearings to get the prosecution to show more of their hand?

Also he was a flight risk.

As all the timelines seem pretty accurate, I hope he never sees sunlight outside a fence with razor wire at the top ever again.

Not anymore. As far as NY goes anyway, they're merely a shell of what they used to be. They probably have more of a presence in Conneticut though, who knows.

I don't deal with bail hearings so I can't comment. I though the defense attorney tried to downplay the strength of the case and was almost arrogant. The prosecution really hammered home a solid reason for flight risk.

These type of murders are extremely rare. The victim was driven to a location to be murdered. I mean that is cold blooded movie type stuff. The judge hit it on the head when she said you couldn't really see anything other than first degree murder.

His lawyers aren't doing him any favors. Just like yesterday when his lawyer's whole argument was basically, "He lives in a nice neighborhood, look at his house, he could never do something like this, let em' go".

I don't think the Prosecution bringing up TMZ pictures will ultimately help their case either.

Those pictures were going to come up eventually, best to get it out of the way now.

I'm no expert, but I'm not sure what his attorney could actually say on his behalf to help him out at this point. They are going to do what they want to do, which is evident by the denial of bail.

Hernandez's best move may be to do what he's doing now. Shut up and try to get as little jail/prison time as possible. Even if he didn't pull the trigger, he's guilty of something here.

Now whether they actually convict him of anything remains to be seen.

All we can do is speculate right now and the clues and evidence that us as outsiders are given just don't look good at all.

Yea, they were going to come up. But for a prosecutor it's best to leave that stuff out of a trial, because what it looks like to the jury, is that you might not have any hard evidence and are making a far enough reach for your case, to use pictures that were published by a tabloid internet website as a reasonable cause to prove that the defendant is a murderer.

So embarrassing. Seems like everything is a "Free _____" movement nowadays. Like nobody is EVER guilty of crimes. Pathetic.
