Hernandez's best move may be to do what he's doing now. Shut up and try to get as little jail/prison time as possible. Even if he didn't pull the trigger, he's guilty of something here.

Now whether they actually charge him with anything remains to be seen.

All we can do is speculate right now and the clues and evidence that us as outsiders are given just don't look good at all.

What do you mean? He's already charged with murder and 5 illegal firearm counts.

As of now, barred some change in evidence and his defense can somehow prove the prosecutors screwed up, he's going to remain in prison until the actual trial and thereafter should he be convicted.

Although you may be able to call TMZ out as not being credible, it's pretty clear none of those pictures are photoshopped. You may not be able to claim it as proof he was a gang member, though that's been reported, but it's pretty damning to brandish a gun in a picture essentially claiming you aren't mature enough to be holding onto it...

          I meant to say convicted.

The real unfortunate situation here, as with all high profile cases (Colorado shooter, Tsarnaev, and Hernandez), is that the trials take too long. With the first two, question them, ask them for reasons and answers. If they give you none, don't waste the time, execute them. With Hernandez, get him in court, sift through it, and lock him up if convicted. The judicial system allows for guilty people to be allowed too many concessions.

Frankly, I doubt that the people who are doing that care about whether or not he killed a man. That's trivial to them. All that matters is their football team.

I don't deny any of that, the point of my statement isn't to say the pictures are photoshopped. The point is as a prosecutor trying to convict someone, you want to use hard evidence, and hard evidence isn't a undated picture from TMZ. Now I believe they have hard evidence based on all they said yesterday, but when a jury comes in, you don't want to use a TMZ picture as evidence, because as said before, to the jurors it may seem like to them, that the prosecution is reaching for a conviction.

Also, being dressed in all red and making gang signs with your hands that are only affiliated with said gang, is just as damning as taking selfies with brandishing your gun. In my opinion anyway.

Slightly off-topic, but this gang stuff is ****in terrible. Baltimore's been really bad lately with murders, I know, sounds redundant, but this **** is ridiculous. You've got the BGF runnin' **** in the detention center and on the streets, and I'm sure it's only a matter of time before other high-profile gangs start moving in. There's so damn many mf'ers out there who will kill at the drop of a hat, and of course they all get together to get organized and wreak more havoc. **** people.
