It means a lot if you know what you're looking at. I'm from an area where all this stupid **** is prevalent. My high school was ranked the 5th worse High School in Long Island from the years of 06 through the middle of 2008. I grew up around the stupidity.

He's dressed in all red, making B's with his fingers. Surely just a coincidence, but then you look at the red and black beads around his neck which are commonly referred to as "crates" and are just another way of flaunting your affiliation.

Again, only my opinion, but the picture is quite telling.

Not that far fetched, took the Boston Bombing for the same police department to finally solve a 2 year old double murder in a very similar fashion.

Edit: And just to clarify my position on this, I am in no way shape or form knocking their police department, I know hundreds of unsolved cases happen every where....

I should have clarified: It means nothing in a court of law and will not be relevant to this case. In my opinion of course.

For those watching the Zimmerman trial, they did not allow social media from TM to be submitted to the "evidence" list. I'm assuming it is the same with this case.

I'll preface this by saying I'm speculating but so much of the case seems to be coming together.

It seems the motive for this murder wasn't just that the victim was talking to people Hernandez didn't like. The victim may have had knowledge of the double murder committed last summer.

As for the pictures, people can say they don't matter but it's obvious he is representing a gang. He is wearing the colors and throwing up the signs.

The guy is linked to three shootings. I'm not sure how it will play out but I would bet a lot of money he is going away to jail for life.

Every case is unique. Those pictures very well could be used to help link him to a gang.

so the victim may have had knowledge of a murder that happened a full yr ago and he said nothing to authorities about those murders?

i dont mean to be insensitive when i say this, but how do we know this isnt secret criminal against secret criminal violence.

what i mean to is how do folks even know they should have sympathy for the victims. maybe all parties involved are no better than any of the other party involved in all this craziness.

Because we hold human life higher than that. Even if Lloyd know of the double murders and said nothin does that mean he should be taken to a field and shot multiple times in the back and then twice more while he lay bleeding?

It sounds like you are saying that his murder is acceptable because he may have know about another crime and didn't come forward? Seems rather callous to me, lets put the victim on trial along with his alleged killer(s)?

As I thought about this last night I wondered...how did NFL teams miss this? What I mean is we hear how when guys are drafted they do SERIOUS background checks on these guys...any team looking at drafting Hernandez you would think would stumble on this type of gang/criminal related activity.

It's odd to me that if this guy was as blatant as he was with his activities that they didn't know/have indications.

Because at the end of the day he helped a team win games. Coaches, GM, Scouts all have mortgages and kids in private schools. Wins help them stay there. It is what it is. I say it all the time rules are different for the top 1% of anything. Pro sports specifically.

Yes, but at the end of the day it's costing the Pats a butt load of money to cut ties with him. I'm just surprised that when investing that kind of money teams aren't digging more into guys. Again, from what we're hearing it doesn't sound like a lot of digging would have been required to find that he had some shady connections/activities.
