Yeah because every QB before him had weapons like Josh Gordon, Jordan Cameron, Ben Tate, Andrew Hawkins, another WR likely in round 2 to throw to. Not to mention the defense.

This isn't the same old Browns, those QB's were given nothing to work with and expected to work miracles, this team has talent.

Colston will probably only practice half the time he's out there and will likely miss a game or two at minimum.

Stills is an unknown quantity we are counting on giving a larger role in the offense. I'm sure he'll do fine. But I wouldn't expect him to get a ton of targets alone.

Graham is Graham, true enough. Until a physical, smaller cornerback punks him again.

I'd say there's room for another WR target, my man. Besides. There's another glut of CBs to be had in the 4th round, most likely.
Like I said, there's a traffic jam. Moore and Sproles got a LOT of touches. They're gone and that frees up guys like Meachem and Morgan. You're really willing to get rid of players that never really had a shot to really show off?

I'm not against taking a WR in the draft, just not in the first round when Dennard and Roby were still on the board and Tweedle Dee Corey White and Tweedle Dumb Keenan Lewis are still getting snaps

I'm probably wrong, but I don't bite on these guys.
Of course you need to and should be cautious when picking a guy like this. But then again, the awful qb history of the Browns is exactly why they need a guy like Manziel. If he busts, he's just another bust in a long line of busts over there. But if he succeeds, he'll be absolutely huge.

            At pick #22, I like the risk/reward.

LOVE the Cooks pick, he's the dynamic piece this offense was missing to get pressure off Graham/Colston.

Lol @ the Safety for Saints talk from a few pages back. Byrd, Vaccaro, and Rafael Bush(a real solid safety as well).

I hate when rookies act like this. He should be happy he's still not sitting in the green room.

I get that Cleveland isn't Texas or California, but he's gonna get paid. Be happy a team thought to take you off the board; so what if it's not a contender or in a beautiful city.

I wouldn't be surprised if Denver trades out of the 1st at this point. Alot of guys gone that they would probably want.

Vaccaro lines up as the nickelback more often than not anyway.

Weeden sucks and Campbell is a journeyman backup, poor examples.

Verrett might be the best corner in the whole draft. If he were 5'11" or taller, he would've definitely gone ahead of Gilbert.
