Re: 2014 NFL Draft Discussion Thread
True.. BUT with Rodgers, Green Bay knew they were drafting the actual heir apparent to Farve.. first round.. what pick 20ish? Yes.. that's different. These QB's NE drafts high are NOT Aaron Rodgers coming out.. these dudes are not the clear cut heir apparent to Brady.. it's a little different.__________________________________________________ ____

Re: 2014 NFL Draft Discussion Thread
The only thing Tom Brady and Tom Savage have in common is their first name and their position. That's it. To compare Brady to Savage (even in the college years) is ridiculousCheck out my Houston Astros Dynasties:

Re: 2014 NFL Draft Discussion Thread
Look at the throwing motions and pocket movements. Savage might not have as much deep accuracy but I see him being a starter to a franchise QB depending on where he goes.INACTIVEComment

Re: 2014 NFL Draft Discussion Thread
Savage doesn't have Brady's football IQ, which is what makes Brady the QB that he is. There are a ton of guys with all the arm talent/mechanics in the world (Tyler Bray is the first example that comes to mind) who have very average/journeyman careers because of their brains. Savage just doesn't have incredible arm talent, and he isn't cerebral...he just seems very meh to me.Check out my Houston Astros Dynasties:
