I dont see how the texans pass on clowney..yeah they need a qb but i dont think any of the qb's in the draft are #1 material.can you justify passing up on a guy who everyone is saying is the next julius peppers possibly better? Honestly I want the Falcons to trade up to #2 to take clowney is the texans dont take him but that wont happen.Comment

Jimmy Garoppolo is really impressing me in the East West Shrine Game. He could be an interesting under the radar QB.Tennessee Volunteers

Re: 2014 NFL Draft Discussion Thread
Yeah they were really talking him up. I actually liked what I saw from him too. He's got a short, compact delivery which is what you need to have to be an NFL QB. He's going to be a guy that will make whatever team drafts him VERY happy.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Re: 2014 NFL Draft Discussion Thread
Well for me, I'd be thrilled if Dennard is sitting there at 10 for the Lions. Played locally (MSU) and he is a number one corner to me.
If he isn't there, then we can talk about Watkins, or trading down to get more picks.
This year it's gonna be important for Detroit to draft/sign some talent in the secondary and linebacking core. Another threat in the passing game would be really nice, but it's not priority one.Check out my Houston Astros Dynasties:

Re: 2014 NFL Draft Discussion Thread
I voiced my opinion in the Lions thread that I would prefer Dennard as the first pick, then either Jordan Matthews or a linebacker with the second pick. We might even be able to get Skov later on. I think CB should clearly be our #1 priority at this point. We should probably take two in the first four rounds. I think linebacker and a second receiver are 2a and 2b. We sadly do still need another playmaker on offense which is just pathetic after all these years.
I would be more alright with Watkins if we could find a way to get Verrett or Gilbert still by trading back up.Originally posted by BlueNGoldI feel weird for liking a post about exposed penises.Comment
