So they charged you with DUI and there was no DUI? And you make yourself out to be the victim? They just picked up an innocent man and charged him with these crimes?

I hope I'm never that oblivious to reality.

August 7, 2015: MediaTakeOut.com told you guys a few weeks ago - that Aldon Smith's LONGTIME GIRLFRIEND Nessa - from MTVs Guy Code, is now seeing Aldon's TEAMMATE Colin Kaeperneck. Well DRAMA POPPED OFF at yesterdays 49ers TRAINING CAMP.

According to one of our MTOers within the organization - there are rumors in camp that Colin and Aldon got into a CONFRONTATION last night - and that Aldon SMASHED UP COLIN'S brand new Mercedes.

Aldon was arrested last night, and charged with DUI, hit and run, and vandalism. He;s currentli in the Santa Clara County Jail’s

So did he hit his car and then drive away while drunk? I guess the vandalism is because he did it on purpose?

So where was the vandalism charge? When he opened up his door and hit the parked car?

                Yes

Quick hit: if you damage the real or personal property (car) of another it's considered vandalism. It's not always the type of vandalism you think of: spray paint on a building/car/etc.

No telling what details are true or not, but really weird situation if the reports are true. I guess someone can only get so many chances though. Only two starters left from super bowl team.

I'm a total hypocrite for saying this, but I hope the Bears snatch him up.

I can practically see ProfessaPackMan shaking his head at this. lol

Eh, first guy I saw say this (not on here) was a Seahawks fan. Can't view you any worse than that.

I just hope he gets his **** together.

It's interesting, because Fangio is the Bears' D-Coordinator and he's familiar with Smith. But the Ray McDonald signing blew up in their face already. Doubt he comes here.

Falcons to discuss bringing back LB Prince Shembo, who was arrested and charged with killing his GF's Dog earlier this year. The charges were dropped after he paid a $1,000 fine after he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor.

Shortly after 254-pound linebacker Prince Shembo admitted to killing a 5-pound Yorkshire Terrier named Dior, the Falcons cut him.

Back on Aldon he need's to go to a quiet small market team to get his crap straight. Take his one year suspension and go get help..... OR he can sign with the Colts and Robert Mathis needs to sit his *** down and talk to him.

There can't be a DUI unless he got back into his car. Since he left the scene, the DUI charge is not valid, he can easily get rid of that.

So the only thing to suspend him for is the hit and run, which is probably a misdemeanor. Sure it shows he is a terrible person, but not sure he gets suspended more unless there was a zero tolerance.

I doubt that. All theyd have to prove is that he was driving it impaired beyond a reasonable doubt.

'I was in a accident so I ran off and did some shots and then came back' probably wouldn't go far in court.
