I feel confused, like I missed some interaction here between ND, Legend, and PPM.

I dont understand y'alls exchanges between posts with one another.

Stop holding athletes to higher standards. They are like you and me. They get angry. They get sad. They get emotional. They are humans too. Cam could have handled it better. Could have handled it worse. But that was his natural reaction. Deal with it.

I'd love to see what some of you would do after you just put on a ****, **** performance in the biggest game of your life. Acting like you'd be smiling and saying "Man, the Broncos played a great game. They're an awesome team. Awesome awesome. I'm so happy for them and the game plan they had and the way the executed."
        This.

It has been wildly apparent that the media was waiting for their moment to start kicking Cam while he was down. They are finally getting their chance.

ND apparently quoted my post, but I didn't see it before he deleted it. I got the hunch when I came back into the thread and saw PPM's post, and he confirmed he quoted my post.

I wouldn't have said anything if he had just deleted it, but he put "Let the ignorant be ignorant" on the deleted post, so I want to know what he meant by that.

Did Cam not give the defense credit?

And if he actually didn't would that really matter or care in any sense other than media/PR goodwill?

I just want to know why folks think it's so bizarre that a person would brag about accomplishments and shy away from failures. When's the last time you ran home to tell your family all about a work presentation that you bombed?

Hey, I just thought it looked bad. I haven't been a great sport in the past following my teams' defeats either. It's not that I don't understand his disappointment, I just thought Cam could have handled it better.

It's not that he's an athlete.

                      He's a high profile individual.

I would be upset if the CEO of my company acted like Cam did after a big financial loss last quarter. To whom much is given, much is required. He said he wants to be the face of the NFL - act like it.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Countless posts being dedicated to a guy walking out of a press conference after a disheartening loss. Cam isn't the first guy to do that and won't be the last. I'm bored.

Moving on, I wasn't exactly impressed by Carolina's gameplan. Yes, as the renowned intellectual Mike Tyson once said, "Everyone has a gameplan until they're punched in the mouth." But still, a couple of screen passes might have worked. Max pass protect too, maybe? Von Miller blowing up Carolina's RT and stripping Cam Newton twice basically decided the game. A couple of wrinkles might have helped.

Finally, man, I've seen vastly superior iterations of Peyton Manning crash and burn in the playoffs and yet...2015 Manning accomplishes something prime Manning very often failed to do. Life is weird. If this is it for him, I salute him for an amazing career. The best football player I've ever had the pleasure of watching.

Yea it's like they kept trying the same thing and getting the same result.

At some point you have to switch it up.
