It really is. Hearing people on other sites bury it, but that's purely anti-WWE/Vince bias.

Schedule announced too. Season begins Saturday February 8. Ends Sunday April 26.

Going with something different with those game times. 2pm and 5pm on Saturdays.

Hoping they get some kind of Canadian TV deal as well otherwise I might have to go "elsewhere" for the ESPN/FS1 games.

I'm sure TSN or SN will get it. Given the time the games happen, they have room for it since it won't mess up NHL or NBA scheduling.

What difference is this than the AAF? How were they able to secure these huge TV deals when the AAF wasn't?

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Almost certain it's because of Vince WWE track record. He has the business knowledge & obviously the cash flow.

Liquid cash for sustainability rather than potential investors.

Vince is worth over a billion dollars and runs a company whose stock will probably be worth over $100 a share once XFL starts up.

And then having an existing billion dollar relationship with FOX helps as well.

AAF also showed people will watch. It's dead time of the year except for college basketball, NBA starts to pickup towards playoffs.

The AAF started getting more attention from the networks and actually had more games moved to CBS but then they shut down.

June Jones has been hired as the first head coach of Houston’s new XFL team. He was OC of CFL’s Hamilton Tiger-Cats, where he was the head coach in 2018. Jones was an assistant with Oilers and Gamblers as well as HC of Falcons, Chargers, Hawaii and SMU.

I see McClain gave Jones a demotion. He was head coach. He only became the OC this offseason.

Noticed they already built in the play clocks at Audi Field where DC United plays for the XFL team... already building a footprint

Landry Jones is the first player signed to the XFL.

All guys will get signed first and later on we'll see an XFL Draft. That should be a fun show

I am surprised he isn't in a NFL training camp. He's better than all Dallas's
                                back up QB's.
