First of all it feels so good seeing how this season ended for the Bears. I remember before the season started all the experts had them finishing last in the division and that was even AFTER they got Khalil Mack. So to not only win the division and make the playoffs, but to dominate the north and come a dropped Kyle Fuller interception away from sweeping the division makes this so much sweeter. I came into the year saying that the Bears could win 7 to 8 games. Then as soon as they got Mack I knew they were going to be better and pegged them to win 9 to 10 games. Didn't think 12 was coming and they should have got 14 or 15 if they didn't blow those Miami and NYG games and had they been able to pull out that New England game.

Anyway not gonna lie, whatever voodoo Nick Foles has going on makes me a little nervous. That being said, I feel really good about this team and I think they're going to at least get to the Super Bowl.

Seattle has all the things Dallas does not:

            A great coach
            A commitment to the run
            An accurate QB

But...Prescott is arguably the luckiest guy I've ever seen on a football field. Craps the bed for three quarters, fumbles and gets sacked, then bounces the ball off a ref or something and Dallas wins.

That kind of voodoo rarely works in the playoffs, so I'll take Seattle to beat the spread.

The Seattle/Dallas game is literally a toss up for me. IF Dallas commits to the run and protect Prescott they should be able to pull it off but Seattle has a really nice defense and I trust Wilson a whole lot more than Dak.

I have no real love for the Cowboys so i'm going with the Seahawks just so I can bust my brother in law's balls about his Cowboys coming up short.

As for Eagles/Bears....Man, I'm so totally on board with the Foles Fairy Tale but i'm a Bearliever. Why must they play each other! Honestly, this should be the game of the weekend. I'm a huge fan of what the Bears have been doing this year and I've gotten the sense until very recently (and even then it's a bit backhanded) that this team just doesn't get the respect it deserves. Yeah, Trubisky is no great shakes at QB but everyone assumes he's a finished product and will be a game manager all his life. I've watched a few Bears games this year and i've noticed improvement throughout the year. One thing that some people don't remember is that this guy literally only had one year as a starter in college. If he applies himself he's going to improve. Dunno what the eventual ceiling will be but it's not what we're currently seeing that's for sure.

Anywho, i'm going with the Bears in a close one.

Don't really have any strong feelings about the Bears/Eagles. If Foles doesn't play though that'll be an easy Bears win.

                  But go Cowboys. Please.

One year starting in college, three-quarters of a year running John Fox's offense, now a full year with Nagy. It's pretty clear he clicks with Nagy, it's just about building experience and consistency now. He's had a ton of 'game manager' games this year, but the offense is built to have more than one threat so it's not like he HAS to be the guy right now either.

Honestly, my biggest concern is whether or not Nagy's going to screw up a crucial situation by calling something really gimmicky.

I think the Bears are the best team in the NFC. They should roll the Eagles, especially if Foles is still a little hurt.

We have done fine against Russ in the past.

His ability to extend drives and make ridiculous plays really scares me.

Seattle was the first team to really expose Dak. They spent almost the entire game playing man free with 8 in the box, going to be interesting to see how they approach it this time around now that Cooper is in Dallas and can quickly make Seattle pay for that.

Kinda feel like both games are a coin flip really. I have no valid reason but I’m just not sold on Chicago

                            Carroll > Garrett
                            Wilson > Prescott

I don't think Dallas can overcome that, especially considering the parity elsewhere between the teams.

I fully expect Dallas to kick FGs on 3 of 4 trips inside the red zone, and at least one of those to come from ia 4th and Goal situation.

Yep there's a time and place for stuff. We'll be driving just fine and he'll suddenly split Trubisky wide on 3rd and 1 and try some ridiculous read option with RBs trying to handle the ball. That's not the time - don't do that please.
