Pats will be fine, established a forumula for success, just couldn't quite get over the hump. Their 5 biggest plays by yardage:

•Flea flicker
•RB Pass
•DPI
•DPI
•QB scramble

Just do that every week and they're golden I'm sure.

...

Brady hasn't been very good this year, but game-manager Brady + great defense is essentially how the dynasty got started.

No run game, two good offensive players, Brady off... still lose by one score with a strong chance to tie at the end. Even when they lose and don’t even look good, it’s that close. They’re just as much in it as ever.

Must feel good to be BAL though with HFA in hand. They didn’t match their season norms today but took care of business and should be the favorites to make it out of the AFC, and at this point each of the 3 division leaders have knocked off NE so it’s a damn crapshoot for January. Still gotta go with Belichick’s coaching and game/time management skills in the playoffs. That kicking situation though, I’d be concerned...

The Patriots don't play for wins in December. They play for wins in February.

This means jack ****. Don't fall for it.

As others have said, this puts Baltimore in the driver seat for HFA. That matters.

Think a lot of Patriot fans would feel uneasy with playing Baltimore in the playoffs. Play that game at the Bank instead of Gillette? Little more uneasy.

About the flopping.... so are you worried football is becoming futbol?

The flopping seems to sick out more and more as the stake get higher and higher. That Edelman play is only one on the last play of the game (besides the knees). But I saw it a few times from both teams. It was like watching Harden after every play complaining to the ref.

Steelers secured a non-losing season today. They have not had a losing season since 2003 so I'm happy to see the 8th win considering all this team has been through.

In contention for a playoff spot late in the season and well out of the top 10 of the draft. Who would've thought? [emoji6]
