Eagles are a very undisciplined team. It's one thing to be obsessed with calling screens and RPOs, you can't keep having TDs taken off the board because of bonehead penalties.

Javonte Williams runs the ball to the one, then spikes it like an idiot. Then he blows a pass block on the next play, so 1st and goal from the 1 immediately becomes 3rd and goal from the 17. This is the kind of undisciplined stuff that costs jobs, Fangio
Bills, Sabres, Illini, Cubs, basically any team that abuses its fanbase and I'm there.

Hurts is 12-20 for 35 yards. Coach Sirrani needs to chill with the Quick Screens and RPOs. At this point, I wouldn't mind him giving up the Play Calling duties. Besides the ATL and KC game, the offense has been mostly stale this year

Has he called plays before? I was under the impression it was Reich calling plays in Indy but I could be wrong. I’ll never understand why teams hire guys that have never called plays to be the Head Coach/Playcaller

I'm sorry, but Fangio is just not head coach material. Let's Von cover CLAYPOOL? LIKE WHAT?

No. Reich called plays. It's like he is trying to run a college offense. The Philly media was really hyping up the team after Week One smh. I rather them let Shane Steichen call plays since he did a good job with Herbert last year

I don't like that either. I rather go the CEO approach then playcaller route. You're not always going to get an Andy Reid coach when you go the inexperienced Playcaller route. That's a lot to put on your plate to take on Playcaller and Head Coach job. Especially for the Philly coaching staff that is very young to begin with. Usually they try to hire a veteran former HC as the opposite coordinator, Eagles didn't take that route.

The only positive about the Eagles is that Dolphins and Colts aren't playing well either. They face the Bucs this Thursday. So if Wentz stays healthy(ish), they could have potentially three top 15 picks. The ideal situation would've been Hurts proving that he can be a Franchise QB so that they could use those picks on multiple guys in the first round. But, this was always a situation where he had to be great or they'll make a move next year. Sirrani's play calling isn't helping, but there is an upgrade that could be made.

I just hope next year they invest in the LB position. It feels like it has been a decade since they invested a high pick on a LB. Davian Taylor was a major reach in the third round last year and before that was Hicks in the 3rd round in 2013 and Kendricks in the 2nd round d in 2012. They have been relying on undrafted practice squad LBs and it has hurt them
