    Week 6 Discussion Thread

This week opens up with Bucs-Eagles and closes out with Bills-Titans.

And it’s Bears-Packers week but I don’t need to explain any further as to why little brother can’t remain relevant for more than 5 mins every year.

I never thought I’d live long enough to see the day when Cleveland and Arizona was the marquee matchup of the week

      God Brady floated that perfectly.

        Good response for the Birds.

But, Hurts has to process quicker. Happens several times a game where it could be a difference between a TD or big play being seeing it too late. Sirrani has to open up the offense more and stop running a college offense. If this is a evaluation year for Hurts with a potential three 1st round picks next year, then you need to see if he can actually run a NFL offense.

Never really cared for he Spot Foul on DPI. I rather it be like college where it is a 15 yard penalty

I'm okay with spot foul if we can even it up on offense and make offensive holding a loss of down (but we all know that won't happen).

Only one carry for Miles Sanders. I know they run a ton of RPOs, but Eagles need to start running traditional run plays. They allow their defense to be on the field too much if they don't march down the field

I know football is a business, but it's just hard being an Eagles fan nowdays. It's just like, man, I dunno...hopeless. I can't even pretend to fool myself into thinking we might win.

Exactly. I knew we wasn't going to be good this year. But, my main thing was I wanted to see development and games to be more entertaining than last year. But it isn't. This college RPO offense isn't cutting it.It's making it hard to decide whether to package the 1sts for a QB or try to give Hurts a fair shot. Playcalling definitely isn't helping. I rather have Shane Steichen call plays. But, it's like they don't trust him. But, at the same time hasn't put any emphasis on running the ball at all.

Defensively, the lack of a run game is what really hurts them. They have seriously neglected the LB position over the years. We haven't had an enforcer on defense since Jenkins.

The schedule eases up after this game for the Eagles, but it's going to be a long season

Brady kneeling the ball cost me $623 because he had 3 rushing yards but then ended the game with 1 yard because of the kneels.

FanDuel is being super cool about it though. Just got this email from them:

Thanks for betting Pat McAfee's Same Game Parlay™️ yesterday.

All of the legs hit except Brady to have over 1.5 rushing yards. After rushing for 3 yards in the game, he then kneeled down to drop his total to 1 rushing yard in yesterday's Eagles vs. Buccaneers game. ️

At FanDuel, fans come first, so we’ve refunded all bets on Pat McAfee's Same Game Parlay™️!

Your $50 in site credit is now in your account and available for use.

                          I'm excited for Bateman's debut.
Ravens offense has been good, but very streaky and in the bottom ten of 3rd %.

Having a dependable route runner should help a lot.

No McCaffrey again. He's missed 16 of the last 22 games. Don't see Darnold holding up well.
