Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.
Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever. -
Re: 2022 Offseason Thread
Unless he was so bad of a coach that he refused to tank and still went 1-31 over two seasons, Hue is potentially getting himself in legal trouble by admitting that

@AdamSchefter
Jim Harbaugh called Michigan to inform the school that, despite interviewing with the Vikings today, he will be returning to school for the 2022 season, sources tell ESPN. Michigan was, in the words of one source, “elated” to get Harbaugh’s decision.Comment

Surprised. He's seems like he was their primary target.
Now their finalist are Graham, O'Connell, and Morris.
"The #Vikings are zeroing in on #Rams OC Kevin O’Connell as their head coach, sources tell me and @RapSheet. The deal can’t be finalized until after the Super Bowl."Last edited by illwill10; 02-02-2022, 07:55 PM.Comment

Re: 2022 Offseason Thread
With Flores now seemingly not likely Texans, are the Texans really going to hire McCown as the HC lol.
Or Eagles John Gannon. He seems like the likely candidate. But, I wouldn't be surprised if they suggested McCown as the OCLast edited by illwill10; 02-02-2022, 08:09 PM.Comment

Whether something is shocking is different from how serious of an allegation it is.
Okay, he can get ejected from the league. But I cannot say that I am surprised that a team/owner intentionally wanted to tank. So no matter how serious it is I haven't heard anyone say they are surprised that there are tanking allegationsComment

"The #Giants are expected to hire #Chiefs QB coach Mike Kafka as their offensive coordinator, sources tell me and @RapSheet. Deal not done yet but that's the way it's headed."
If Bieniemy would have gotten a job over the last 3 offseasons, Kafka would have been the OC. Not sure he's going to call plays there, but if he wants to move up the ladder, this is the best option for him.
At the very least Giants are putting a good QB environment around Jones, giving him a chance to succeedComment

Hoping to lose is one thing, even if you intentionally roll out a bad roster. Ordering someone to lose and offering to pay them off-the-books to do so is a completely different animal. For one, it's a federal felony and for the other, it has ripple effects throughout the league. Miami scored a TD in the closing seconds vs. Washington in 2019, then went for 2 with an abjectly terrible playcall. That win pushed Washington to #2 and cost them Joe Burrow. If Flores did that on purpose?Bills, Sabres, Illini, Cubs, basically any team that abuses its fanbase and I'm there.Comment

At least that's the line used by those that argue the League manipulates games in favor of storylines or whatever.Australian Rules Football...just sayin'Comment

Imagine your team having what is supposed to be a QB with generational talent but your organization is such a mess that you can’t find anyone to coach himLast edited by reyes the roof; 02-03-2022, 05:09 PM.Comment
