Conspiracy theory here... Luck is coming back which is why they traded Wentz with no visable backup plan lol

I wonder if they have already agreed in principle on a subsequent trade.

"Yup, Eagles almost had deal done for Calvin Ridley last month… Falcons backed out but weren’t able to tell Eagles why. They actually handled it great and after a lot of confusion Philly respected them for how they handled a very different situation. Eagles swung away @NFLonFOX"

If that's the case, I can definitely see them pivoting to another young ascending WR under contract. Outside of Smith, they haven't been good at drafting(or developing) WRs since D-Jax and Maclin lol. They need at least 2 WRs. I would prefer a big X WR who doesn't need to be a high volume receiver to be impactful.

Solid deal for the Chargers with him and Bosa.

That’s a tough pill to swallow as a Bears fan, but they’re not competing this year and they need picks

That's why I'm fine with it. He's also aging, coming off the foot injury, and unless I'm remembering wrong also had a couple nagging injuries that kept him out here and there over the last two seasons.

Sucks to see because when he's on, he's ON...but money + age + injury history? I'd make the trade too.

Bears are releasing Tarik Cohen, they’re shopping Eddie Goldman too. Sounds like they’re blowing the team up which I don’t disagree with, but damn. They spent three years rebuilding after Trestman, had one awesome year in 2018 then floundered for three and now it’s back to the drawing board. Better to rebuild a year early than a year late though.

Vegas seems totally convinced that Hutchinson is the top pick this year. His odds have free fallen to -280. Thibodaux is predicted to fall out of the top 5.
Bills, Sabres, Illini, Cubs, basically any team that abuses its fanbase and I'm there.

Texans want him off the books before the new league year starts on 3/16, so they will definitely move him. But he has a no-trade clause, so it's where ever he wants to go

Does anyone else go somewhat out of their way to avoid any reading on the draft around this time?

I deliberately go into the draft not knowing crap about projected picks. And since I don't really follow CFB, couldn't tell you much about any of the players either.

Back when Dez Bryant was drafted, I really wanted Baltimore to get him. Literally the pick before us Dallas moved up via trade and selected him. We traded down as a result. Then the next year I really really want the Ravens to draft Jimmy Smith. They did, but pre-draft scouting carried through into the season. I had dude under a microscope lol. I decided to avoid looking at mock drafts and scouting reports after that lol.
