I like Eagles chances. I think 1-53, Eagles have the more talented roster. Chiefs have coaching and QB advantage. But, I think Eagles can bottle up Chiefs running game especially since Pacheco hasn't returned to form. I do worry about Kelce since Ertz went off. Brandon Graham wants to come back, but I doubt he clears.

Ideally, Jurgens and Dickerson can get healthy within next 2 weeks. I think today's gameplan is the one to continue. Balanced attack and try to win TOP battle. I do worry about the exotic Spags blitzes.

As a neutral I remember hoping for Bills vs Lions or Vikings Superbowl at the start of the playoffs. That was fun. But we can't have nice things.

I mean, the Bills had plenty of chances to win that game and blew them all, but that 4th down spot has got to go down as one of the worst ref sequences I've ever seen. Allen turns his left shoulder upfield as he pushes for the line to gain - the line judge on the right (the one who can see the football) comes in and spots it for a first down. The one from the opposide side, the one who can only see Allen's back, overrules it and spots the ball behind the line to gain. They don't even bring out the chain gang to measure it. Then the refs review and because Chris Jones' head just happens to block the "indisputable" evidence you need to overturn it - call stands, Chiefs ball.

Anybody can beat the chiefs everybody always has a chance to beat them, but everybody blows it in the last. 2 mins including the panthers. It just bd another Super Bowl where the eagles do
Something stupid and the chiefs take advantage and win late.. Brady did that his entire career except for the 18-1 year that he should have won, where finally luck went against him
          Mahoned is taking that over.

Mahomes is 29 sick of this goat talk let’s see if he can play like Brady dud and win in kate 30s that’s why Brady was the goat for doing it at a late age..

Josh Allen was the chosen one by the media. His season was statistically far worse than Lamar yet he was MVP. He was the one who was supposed to beat Mahomes when it mattered. The new Manning vs Brady. It didnt happen. Now does the media make excuses for him that they wouldnt make for any other QB?

Josh can't beat the Chiefs, so-called (multiple times) MVP Lamar can't even get there except once.

lol, Chiefs have had a hand in their elimination every season since they tried to coin the term Burrowhead.

What a crazy stat to see.

Mahomes has passed Montana for the 2nd most playoff wins all time by a QB.

The crazy part, Mahomes and Montana COMBINED don't even equal Tom Brady's win total even if Mahomes wins the SB this year.

He played a bad game by his standards, no question. He also had the ball in his hands with a chance to win the game, again, and got outfoxed by Spags, again.

But there cannot be any question who the common problem is in these losses. Sean McDermott's defense has forced four punts and three turnovers combined vs. Mahomes in four playoff games. Lou Anarumo managed 4 punts and 2 turnovers just in the 2021 AFCCG. KC scored 32 for the first time all season. We've changed players, changed play callers, had the benefit of home field once, and cycled in some high draft picks and contracts but overall the fact is that Reid and Mahomes know the playbook better than our own guys at this point. McDermott must must must change his goddamned scheme because it has been thoroughly exposed now.

People still try to make it all about the qbs but it's almost always which team made the plays when it mattered.I think this one had more to do with the defenses.

Yes, absolutely. McDermott has built a defense to stop Kansas City specifically and then been completely outschemed against them each time in the playoffs. If you have elite players you can have a pretty straightforward scheme (the LOB), if you have good and smart players you can outcoach an opponent (a lot of Belichick defenses), but if you are both out-physicaled AND and outcoached then you get a team marching up and down on you all game.
