Re: AFC/NFC Conference Championship Games Thread
Great INT by Mitchell to get his second INT of the playoffs after none in season. Besides the TD on Slay, Mitchell did a great job on McLaurin..
Having 5 players/coach that wasn't on last year's team to be up for an award, Roseman should definitely win executive of year
C'mon Shipley got to finish that run lolComment

Re: AFC/NFC Conference Championship Games Thread
Philly is significantly more talented than Washington and the turnovers were killer. That's why this game played out this way, ultimately. It may have been closer if Philly wasn't gifted some plays like the TD after the "late hit" on Barkley while he was in bounds, but Washington losing was always the likely outcome even if there were no questionable calls.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

So the tackle was started before Barkley ever touched the boundary. Great job, NFL.Comment

Re: AFC/NFC Conference Championship Games Thread
Not at all. There's a meme/narrative around the NFL communities that KC and Pfilly get plenty of help from the officials week in and week out. There were numerous calls this game that were all extremely questionable and all went Philly's way. That was pointed out, but not a single post in this thread is blaming the refs for this outcome.

Same was said about patriots for 25 years. Basically if your winning you get all the calls is what people are saying. What what it really means those teams are good because they don’t make the dumb mistakes with penalties.Comment

Re: AFC/NFC Conference Championship Games Thread
It's bad rules/officiating that need correction. It should never be a penalty to make a legal hit on a player that is still in the field of play during a live play.
You can definitely be a good team AND benefit from some questionable calls. Those things are far from being mutually exclusive, lol. We can agree to disagree. The officiating in this game is not worthy of a conversation. It was a non-factor for the most part.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

Couldn’t be a worse start for the bills. Can’t stop them and Josh Allen looking like the turnover machine againComment

Re: AFC/NFC Conference Championship Games Thread
Lucky break for bills with fumble but they don’t look like stopping them at all and Allen under pressureComment
