    Lucky #13...wow

I have no idea who Carolina is gonna target. Any good o-linemen we need?

Why do we have so many young & crappy wideouts? ahhhhhhhhhhhhh

    Ryan Clady, OT, Boise State?
    Kenny Phillips, S, Miami?

I see those as the top two needs

    JD chime in

WR is a disaster. That's priority #1. I'm tired of watching Colbert & Carter dropping a pass or 2 every week.

D-line has to be overhauled. Rucker is mulling retirement, Jenkins is unhappy, & Peppers is evidently off the juice. Even if all 3 came back, their production would warrant changes.

They made due @ safety this year. They need to get that taken care of.

They have to get a WR. Harris seems fine at safety for now. With Rucker retiring they need a DL too. Johnson showed some promise in his one game against Dallas though.

You can never go wrong with a good offensive lineman either.

Is Jarrett gonna be any good? Why don't they throw him out there?

I agree we need a WR but I would rather sign one

He hadn't even learned the playbook.

So glad "Head Trauma" Morgan is off the books. Now the Panthers can hope to have a more stable lineup.

Some notable news i found this weekend and saw on NFL network

DeShaun Foster is likely to be traded or cut

                Targeted free agent RBs
                Michael Turner
Julius Jones (don't particularly think of this as a good idea)
                Derrick Ward

also, depending on health, alge crumpler is a target. hope they bring him back home to nc

I'd be fine with them playing the good running back they already have.

I'd be fine with crumpler, as long as they dont break the bank for him.

WOOHOO, finally the Panthers coughed up the $ for new screens on the scoreboards. If you've ever been to a game you know how ridiculously small and old the current screens are, but the news ones are more than 3 times bigger and much clearer using LED 16:9. The old ones were CRT 4:3. I will now be able to actually see what happened in a replay. This is exactly what I've wanted them to do ever since I saw the screens in Philly's new stadium. Remove the old screen and old white and black screen and use one large HD screen. Thanks Richardson for putting our season tix $ to use for the fans.

Sounds awesome. Now if only they could improve the team as much as the stadium.

They've got a good amount of $ this year for FA, lets see what they can do. Talks of getting Crumpler, Moose, Turner, and possibly another WR.

Crumpler I want. Panthers need a backup @ RB. As for the scoreboard, I'd rather they allowed some passion in the stadium instead of bigger screens.

well, they do the same stuff at other stadiums. It's the people that go to games that need to change. If more passionate fans went, then they'd let you stand up and shout. I've been to other stadiums where ushers came down and told me to sit down and not be so loud.

It's a joke, but they do it to cater to the majority of people there. The panthers stadium sucks for atmosphere, but they also have a lot of whine and cheese ticket holders that complain when you are standing up.

I see the Panthers are trying to make up for past mistakes. They re-sign Moose & release David Carr.
