Still a very touchy situation there. McD is holding his ground. I bet he rides it out for the year and trades him in the off season. But I am wrong most of the time
His attitude sucks on the field if you compare it to years past.

If the Broncos somehow pull out a 8-8 or better record, I think that makes Bowlen signing off on a trade to get him some players/picks a bit easier. Its pretty obvious what players have bought into the system and who haven't (Marshall)

You notice how the players react to each other on the sidelines this year? Genuine celebration with Orton right in the middle of it. Never saw this the last couple of years.

Him running down the field like it's a college game is nice to see. The more Orton plays, the more its obvious how Cutler put himself above everyone else (imo). The guys in the huddle I'm sure appreciate not getting bitched at on every mistake by Orton

And I agree with your opinion. I just wish people would get behind KO. He isn't pretty but he competes. Beating the dead horse again, I am.

Have you heard anymore talk with the Jets for Marshall? My uncle heard something but it sounded like what had already been said. I haven't seen anything new.

I haven't had a chance to watch either of your games (besides the crazy ending against Cincy which I did see live, lol). Is Marshall in the dog house or is he really so far behind in learning the playbook that it's effecting his looks? Or is he dogging it out there?

i think KO is prettier than jay, but thats not what u meant... actually, now that he's taking the beard off eh.

i was behind orton from the beginning. i saw him play in chicago & didnt think he was terrible. the main reason tho is cos of what josh mcdaniels did with matt cassell in NE. that's why im most optimistic about it.

from what ive heard lately he is trying to get his act together be ready to play again. i think he's just had a rough off season personally & having unsettled locker room didnt help. he's still got a chance to get his act together i think.

I was referring to the fans at the game. No matter what Orton does, he is going to be booed. This is the one guy that had nothing to do with the situation, he is the ultimate "victim of circumstance."

As far as being pretty, as long as he keeps the neck beard trimmed.

Marshall is expected to get some more time today with Stokely's injury. I still think Stokely is playing but wont be used as much to keep him fresh.

Good. Really hope Royal is used more. Too good not to. Same with Hillis. I don't care what the system calls for, those are two extremely well rounded football players.

Well now we get to see how the team stacks up to better teams for the next 8 weeks

Oh and did anyone else notice no one really went over to Marshall after his TD? Guess that happens when you alienate everyone around you with stupid antics before the season.

Strange. I thought he dropped it because of the reaction of everybody

It was a weird touchdown, even the booth was quiet when it happened

I want to still be cautiously optimistic and impressed with this defense. From the first play of the game, this defense looked 10 times faster than the Raiders' offense. This Raiders team is not a bad team, but this Broncos team made them look bad.

The Broncos have the #1 defense in the league. Who would have thunk that so far? We were all hoping to just not suck

Didn't take Richard Seymor to become a Raider punk. Clady was owning his *** all day. Clady's only sack given up was to Seymor, but he wasn't going to let that happen yesterday.

Elvis Dumervil is a stud, plain and simple.

Remember after week one when I commented that Moreno was running light with no lead in his pencil, well, he ain't running light anymore. WOW.

What a great win. Beating the Raiders. Looking good. #1 defense. I am going to be floating this week.

Did a quick glance, may have missed something but anyway, a look at the Nolan's 34 defense this year vs Slowik's 43 last year

That's just awesome. Read a nice comparison of Dumervil to Jerome Harrison. Interesting
