I think you guys are overestimating how many people play only EASHL and wont buy any version of this game. For those guys that do play only that I can see a good number of them (myself included) that purchase this game for last gen.

I can see sales being about the same as they have in the past, only problem is the community will be spread throughout four consoles so no matter what console you pick the online play will take a hit.

Actually it makes perfect sense if you did not play those missing modes. I will monitor everyone's gameplay thoughts and reviews to see if the teams finally play different from one another. NHL series suffers from the same problem that FIFA does and that is realism based the way their real life counterparts play. If they really worked on gameplay then you might see me getting in line. However, I am concerned about penalties again for the 3rd year in a row that seems to be lacking.

Pretty much everything good is gone, and we're left with a alpha/beta version of a next-gen game that we're paying $60+ for this year, in hopes that we get features we want back in NHL 16.

Between live the life and bap is not a hugh diffrent.
I will see with the demo how is the gameplay, it's ea the will change a little bit the slider, that's it.

They also need to have the ability to customize the season length. 82 games and multiple seasons is a killer.

This is so brutal. Last year the reason for not releasing on xb1/ps4 was because you guys (EA) did not want to put out an incomplete game, now 12 months later thats exactly what we get.. an incomplete game. Presentation WILL NOT bring fans back year after year, GM Conected and EASHL will. The only reason my friends play Madden anymore is not because of presentation, but because of GM connected. Otherwise they would have tossed that game to the curb, as I have. Other than this slap in the face, gameplay looks really fun. Keep up the good work (in the gameplay department)

Option for shorter seasons would have helped too at least for me and my guys.
