One thing that I was thinking about recently, I'm not sure if it would be realistically possible for an NHL game but I would totally love a custom goalie mask creator that was set up a bit like the car livery designer in the Forza Motorsport/Horizon games. Where you can use different shapes and colors, it would be really nice if you could go as in depth with it and share designs like in Forza. I feel like a lot of super creative people would be able to replicate some awesome masks like Rask's and even some older masks like Cujo.

There is a simple mask designer in the 2K games. If you play on PC/Dolphin though, the modding capabilities go way beyond that. 😉👍

I play draft champions offline I can beat the 1st game easily the 2nd one I beat 90% of the time the 3rd game this drops dramatically and the 4th game I have never beat. The only time I came close I was winning 3 to 0 with about 9 minutes left in the 3rd period. So I decided to take a few min break collect my thought and think this might actually happen and when I went back it said it lost the signal and it would not let me complete the game. I have not been this close to winning this 4th game. Does anyone have this problem? It almost seems as if the game cheats to win.

I'll wait for a sale if that. That's generally what I do. At most $39.99 but hopefully under $30. Hopefully by years end.

21 days from release and no video of Offline game play. Incredibly bad sign. Same bad AI, same lack of player separation, and sane every team playing identical makes this the most boring offline sports game ever., sad considering it’s the most exciting sport ever.

The only way to "fix" offline is by playing season mode and switch the strats for every team to play more aggressive. Essentially, this makes everyone still play the same, but due to the aggressiveness and with a combination of sliders, can actually make the game relatively dynamic. However, this is a fix for only the truly dedicated and it doesn't make Franchise Mode actually playable beyond as a simulator.

13 days until release for early access customers and still not a single video of offline gameplay. Really no video of any gameplay since the beta. I’m not sure how this can be seen as anything but a big red flag.

Meh, I used to be like that and call out EA for doing this with the other versions/before the Betas came out thinking they were hiding gameplay, but search youtube. There's plenty of gameplay out there to see to get you through till the EA Access version releases next Wednesday. Even though it online versus and the other modes, at least there's gameplay out there. There's also the 1 vs 1 vs 1 which is offline gameplay.


And yeah, its not 13 days, EA Access releases I believe September 4th between 11am-6pm EST

Are you sure about the EA access release at this date and time? From my information it's the 5th Sept.

I always get the games in Access early evening (eastern time) on the Wednesday.

Do I need to play the 10 hour trial nonstop? Or will the time stop after shut down the game and I can continue another day?
