Hiya all.
Just got the NHLView up and running, so bursting with excitement!

Just one little note:
I have been tinkering mainly trying to get better likeness of the players: maybe in groups of 5 at a time.
Once I finish, I enjoy looking at the NHL14 Edit Player function on the Xbox, pleased that I have made a "comedy player" look slightly more realistic.
I edited Jason Pominville, using a more realistic player model (#13034) however, everytime I examined him in the "NHL14 Edit Player" the players did not appear, and the console froze.
Reset, re-booted, went through a dozen of players, but again as soon as I get to "Pom"- again, the player is invisible (all the background is there) and the game/console locks up
I reloaded via NHLview and returned "Pom" back to his previous EA version, and he is "viewable"

In case anyone's interested, heres the players I have re-edited to look more like their NHL likeness, with some eye adjustments (some are good, some are "so,so", but way better than "what came out of the box)
Always very keen to hear from other members who may have better ideas.

I hope it was just a glitch.
I used (or attempted to use) the Hugh Jessimen model, which I think was 13035.
Do you think if i inputted an invalid number it would have caused a "crash"
To be honest i would be relived if thats "all" it was.

If you put a face number that isn't in the game, when you go to the edit player screen, it will freeze right there. funny thing is you can play without a head tho. LOL

I wish we could see pictures of all of those faces so that I could determine whether or not to apply them for other players. I know, mostly, what all of them look like, but what their actual cyber looks like is a different story. Jason Smith could be great for Jason Garrison, for example, depending on how the cyber looks.

I tried to take a pic of the screen with my mobile phone, to show, but t didnt come out very well, as my phones a cheap one....lol.....also my wife gave me some funny looks when I was taking pictures on my phone in the privacy of my sportsroom...
Do any of you young folk have any snazzy fancy camera phones that perhaps could do a better job?

Can I say that I suggest Wade Redden as Boyd Gordon (EDM)---once he has his helmet on he looks so much like him!
Also high five to the guy who suggested Sjorstrom as Eller.....awesome!

Does anyone know if you can take an existing BaGM and update the faces of the rosters once the franchise has already started ? I'm already pretty deep into my franchise and when this finally drops I'd like to use it rather than having to start a new one.

I used Derek Roy, with some eye colour to make a smashing Jason Pominville.
Love that existing players can be put onto other players. Even though its not perfect, with some slight eye colour adjustment, they look so much better than the EA "generic" models

Now then, Im struggling to get a good Travis Zajac.
Any ideas/suggestions?

I first suggested Brian Rolston with a bit of editing for Zajac. If possible, can you upload a photo of the Pominville tweak. I'm really curious as to how the models look before I download the files. Thanks a bunch!

Im so sorry but my old phone takes a shockingly bad picture, but I think, once you see him in the Wild jersey, my Pom looks 100% better than the EA version.

A couple of "faces" that I think worked wonders with the EA version, with some eye adjustments (its "2" for dark brown)

7586 makes an awesome Cody Eakin!
9566 will really improve Max Talbot!
9565 on Volchenkov

I also used Cody Hodgosns face with eye edit for Chris Kunitz 6325 (not as satisfactory, but again, way better than EAs version.)

Still looking/pondering for a good Callaghan (NYR) so would welcome any ideas.
