Yup have been quietly reading about this year's game, but I will pass now also.
I certainly won't even consider buying ANY EA sports game without playing a demo first. Then after the demo if it's still iffy, I wait another good 2 months after release and use that time to read up on reviews, then and only then will I possibly pull the trigger.
The have absolutely zero trust in any EA sports game!!!

But in all seriousness, this is great. I was worried about getting a demo with this whole EA Access thing going on.

True its 1 minute more, but at least with the 5 min 1 period, there's no interruption due to end of period. That way you can truly tell if there's an improvement in the gameplay when you try to set up plays.Comment

Right. In a demo, I like to try to get a little back-and-forth going. I want to be able to get a taste of sustained offense and defense. The old NHL demos did this well, as did the Madden demos. Breaking it up into really fast 2-minute periods will make this tough.Comment
