Version 16 is out now! Also, this set should work fine for Human vs CPU. Give ‘em’ a go."Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away." – Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

Changed shot sliders. Slowed it down more. This is amazing. It really looks great! Check OP for changes."Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away." – Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

Sliders final until feedback. Really think they’re done. Sliders also good for HUMAN VS CPU. Enjoy"Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away." – Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

Re: Occam’s Real Deal Cpu vs Cpu sliders
Lowered Goalie screen persistence and adjusted pass reception ease sliders. Check OP for info. Was able to solve too much puck control loss on passes and slow the game some more."Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away." – Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

Re: Occam’s Real Deal Cpu vs Cpu sliders
I love doing CPU vs CPU franchises, so I'm going to start up an Ottawa franchise and help you test these out. Probably wont watch any games in year one as I want it to be the team I build I watch starting in year 2. Updates to come. Going to make it a custom league with 16 European teams added in to two divisions of their own.Last edited by thedudedominick; 05-19-2023, 04:39 PM.NHL: Vegas Golden Knights

Re: Occam’s Real Deal Cpu vs Cpu sliders
Thank you I really appreciate all the help I can get! Really helps to have interest and feedback. Ebpmd has been helping me thus far, the more the merrier though. The only thing I care about is creating the best simulator of hockey possible. Once again, thank you for your help."Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away." – Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

I will be most interested in keeping up with how your Franchise turns out that's for sure. I like the European League idea too. Sounds pretty cool!"Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away." – Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

Re: Occam’s Real Deal Cpu vs Cpu sliders
Decided I wanted to go all in on the Euro League, so I'm going to do a set up where I take the Champions League teams and replace all 32 NHL teams with them, then use the remaining teams to give them AHL affiliates and see what's left. Should be interesting to see how the sliders work with players that are much lower overall. I'm currently watching a game between two Euro teams in the hybrid league where both teams are a mix of NHL free agents and carryovers from year one. You can definitely see the difference in the speed, puck handling, and ability of the NHL guys.NHL: Vegas Golden Knights

Re: Occam’s Real Deal Cpu vs Cpu sliders
So Imnplaying my Franchise with default roster and my sliders and the game seems a lot faster now. I’m going to make a franchise adjustment in case I’m not the only one seeing this. I will include it in my OP separately."Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away." – Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

Re: Occam’s Real Deal Cpu vs Cpu sliders
I was playing my Franchise mode for the first time without custom rosters today and found my sliders were too fast. From what I can tell Franchise mode plays faster then Play Now Mode. I have included the only adjustment needed to get you back on the ice. Adjust your Delay of Game penalty slider to cpu 35/ human 35. As usual I have updated my OP and included a bit of info regarding the adjustment.Update and enjoy."Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away." – Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

Updated to version 17.0 because of the importance of the Franchise Mode adjustment. Refer and Update on OP."Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away." – Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
