If the Wings pull this off I have to think no fanbase will be happier than the Bruins.

Teams are so tightly matched these days, I have a feeling this kind of thing is going to happen a lot more as the years progress.

Even if the Wings don't win Game 7, it's amazing to see that in 2 seasons, 3 teams have forced a game 7 when being down 0-3.

Yeah Blue I am saying why not. You have them for awhile, so just keep going with what you have. Even though they did get to the west finals last year. If they lose this lead oh well I still say go with the players you have. I will say onething this has been a real close series. Looking forward to tomorrow's game. I have a feeling Marleau has a big game. If the Wings win the Van and Wings series will be fun to watch. Sharks, you need to pick another team to follow. If you really feel this way about your team it is time to move on to another team. Some of your post here and at 2K are really giving the Sharks fans a bad name. If the Sharks lose I will go down with this ship too. I will be right back on their nuts when the season starts again!! Go Sharks!!

PS- Is Patrick Marleau possibly related to Jeff Carter in sort of a Kevin Bacon kinda way?

I have a feeling it's going to be a rout. I know I'm probably way off base and it'll most likely be a nail-biter down to the last second, but I have an inkling one team will be up by 3 goals after 2 periods. Maybe even after the first.

Very true, but IMO Vancouver was clearly the better team we just out efforted (not a word I know but best way to describe it) you in games 4 and 5, then luck went our way in game 6, Canucks should have and did ultimately win the series.

In the Sharks/Red Wings series the Sharks got out early 3-0 but even in doing so never looked like a clearly superior team, these two are pretty evenly matched, given that and the Wings experience I would be shocked if the Sharks win this now.

This series has been fun and interesting to watch, as a Blackhawks fan I hate Detroit but in watching this series I almost find myself disliking the Sharks more (key word almost), Sharks just dive too much its annoying. That said even if I can't stand the way the Sharks play I'll be pulling for them to knock the Wings out, could never cheer for the Wings.

I had to look that guy up. He was drafted to protect Mike Modano!

Kinda hard to think it'll be a rout.
They've all been one goal games until last night,even then it was an empty netter.

Just to be clear that was in no way shape or form directed at Scott, I dislike Joe Thorton immensely, and dislike teams that have multiple players that take blatant dives on a regular basis.

Scott and I go back and forth at times but its all in good fun and I'm pretty sure he knows that.

I'm gonna guess Detroit lays the hammer on San Jose tomorrow.

Yes, they've all been 1 goal games, but last night could have been much more than a 1 goal win for the Wings.
