Horrible game. Don't be fooled by the 52 shots. Poor puck management, weak goals, and lack of creativity in the offensive zone all night.

I'm ready for this to go seven. Then who knows what will happen in that game.

I've always said that the problem was with the crappy D-men like Murray and Demers. You gotta give your goalie a little help. Turnovers in your own zone and anywhere on the ice that leads to a breakout is never a good thing. Failure to stick with your man and contest his shots is not good. I see so many wide open uncontested shots against the Sharks its ridiculous. You can't expect Nabby, Niemi, or Nittymaki to be able to compensate for these failures.

Instead of benching Niemi, maybe Mcclellan should get his players to actually play like the 1st period mattered.

Three goals against on four shots is the goalie's fault. I don't care if they're all breakaways, he has to find a way to save some of those.
