She's a hockey fan well done there.

Her family has season tickets as a matter of fact. I'm honestly not that big of a hockey fan, but I like pretty much all sports and I like watching hockey with people that are die hard fans. Just not something that I really watch on my own. I used to be a big Ducks fan up until about the time they lost in the Stanley Cup with Giguere. Still love playin the NHL video games though.

But yeah, it could get ugly tomorrow lol. She's dying for a win to try to get home ice against the Penguins and obviously my brother needs a win to keep the Sabres playoff hopes alive.

Bruins resting Chara, Thomas, and Bergeron tomorrow night. Smart move since they have nothing to play for and if Boychuk's out for any length of time, it will hurt. Corvo's been a liability at best this season

Though I have to say that Krug kid I thought was very solid in his first NHL game, didn't panic with the puck, made good clears, got the couple shots he took through traffic and on net. He's small but he seems to have a pretty good hockey IQ at least after a solid first NHL showing.

He's already better than Corvo! I'm looking forward to seeing him in another game.

Per Chiarelli this morning Thomas will get 1 more game so that means the Buffalo game by default since he isn't making this trip.

Toews might be back tomorrow.

Latest update is Toews will travel with the team to Minnesota but won't play, there's a chance he might play Saturday against Detroit. At least hes back traveling with the team though.

Also Bolland is out tomorrow with an upper body injury that Q says is minor.

Lets hope they're just getting him rested up so he can go beast mode in the playoffs again.

I don't know how the Wings pulled that one out of their arse, but I'm glad they did. I thought it was over after the Blues went up 2-0. Great game, playoff atmosphere.

Two home games left against two playoff teams; hopefully Nashville blows one of their games.

12 straight years of 100 points and 15 of last 17 years. Outstanding.

So I'm taking this girl home tomorrow with me to meet the family for the first time... She's a diehard Flyers fan... my brother's a diehard Sabres fan... Hmmm...

Chill. She's a Flyers fan. APPROVED.

On one hand, I want the Flyers to win, not even for the home ice (we're better on the road this year, go figure), but just to go into the playoffs playing well after a bad loss to NYR. On the other hand, I'd rather see Buffalo make the postseason then Washington. Compromise: shootout loss.

Krug has some potential although I'd love to see Dougie Hamilton. He's still in the OHL play-offs though. I think Dougie's got the potential to be the next great Bruins D-Man
