According to Bobby Mac, Tim Murray will try everything to get Ryan O'Reilly.

Going by Sakic's trade history, he'll probably trade O'Reilly for Brian Gionta.

      Poor Subban...
Definitely not the start he was looking for...
      Phoenix Coyotes
      Buffalo Sabres
      Edmonton Oilers
      Yes... It is a struggle.

Sucks to have stadium series game at night. I get why they'd do it, cause it'd be cooler and all(weather wise) for the game, but if you really want more people watching, having a 10pmEST, 7pm local start time isn't really the best thing to do.

I don't get why sports leagues don't make it mandatory to have every team in the league be on every national network at least once a year. NFL for the most part does have this I think. Cause it's unfair in NBA for example, you'll be seeing the Knicks and Lakers getting all these big games. Atlanta is 1st in the East, but don't have a single national game lined up for remainder of year. But you'll be seeing the Knicks,Lakers and stuff on TV multiple times still.

NHL at least does have more variety, but it's still not as good as it probably should be.

          Crawford, LOL.

Varlamov just don't lose to the 'hawks. Has an insane sv % against them, primarily because 'hawks shoot from anywhere.

Yeah that was something special, quite the thought process, bouncing puck from center ice what could go wrong if I step aside and just try to play it with my stick.

Sports isn't about what's "fair", it's about what makes money. The Hawks don't draw. Unless they draw the Heat in the first round, they'll probably be relegated to NBA TV again.

Devan Dubnyk has played 16 games since joining the Wild. 5 of those have been shutouts.

                    Stats before tonight's 15 save shutout: 1.73 GAA, .936 SV%

Boy did I luck out in fantasy. I'm in a keeper league and going into this season I had Mike Smith on my team and then he was terrible and Dubnyk started to look alright so I picked him up, and then right before he was traded I was going to drop him but then figured I'd see how he panned out in Minnesota. Let's just say, I haven't lost goalie matchups the past few weeks with Rinne and Dubnyk.

Dubnyk also sucked real bad last year in his very short stint with Nashville.

He gave up 9 goals in 2 games, saving only .850% of shots faced.

Besides the Oiler's system being bad, their goaltending coach is awful. Watch Scrivens and Fasth going elsewhere and be much better.

When NHL was going through realignment talks, why hasn't MLB format of divisions ever been considered? If NHL doesn't have enough teams out west, why not do it like MLB, so that way,you only really need 10 western teams.

So 2 east divisions,2 central divisions, 2 west divisions. And like MLB, each conference has 1 of each division. Something like:

                              Conference 1:

                              East:
                              Bruins,Rangers,Islanders,Devils,Pens

                              Central:
                              Habs,Sens,Leafs,Wings,Sabres

                              West:
                              Canucks,Oilers,Flames,Jets,Avs

                              Conference 2:
                              East:
                              Lightning,Panthers,Canes,Caps,Flyers

                              Cenral:
                              Jackets,Hawks,Blues,Preds,Wild

                              West:
                              Sharks,Kings,Ducks,Coyotes,Stars

The Central Division in Conference 1 is horrendously awful, and the East in Conference 1 is staggeringly good. Too unbalanced.
