Glen Sather wore this. On purpose. For no reason.

After the game he went back to his office where he lives out his other job. "Glen Sather Private Eye". Everything is in black and white, detective music plays in the background and some dame comes to him with a major case. He might have to break some rules in the process and avoid the big cheese who's 3 steps ahead.

    OK, I'm done.

That was some of the worst officiating I’ve ever seen in an NHL game. I was oftentimes just confused about what was even happening, that’s how bad it was.

We made sure to let the ref #27 know he was not doing his job correctly.

        John Tavares going crazy.

        4 goals in this game!

Now has 45 on the season and is now among Leafs top 10 goal scorers in a season.

I like this new Leafs strategy. Shoot more shots than your opponent. Don't need analytics to tell you that the more shots you take, more chances you have to score. And less shots your opponent has, fewer chances they have to score.

Zibanejad having a career year on a bad Rangers team. Hit the 30 goal mark tonight.

Haven't said this in awhile, I hate shootouts. Surprised it took leafs this long to have one. Latest in season of all teams to have first shootout.

I was a bit surprised to see the low shootout totals either team has had. I guess the 3v3 OT did its job.

1 week left. Get this regular season done with.

Either leafs lose to Bruins like everyone says will happen, forcing leafs to realize you need more than soon to be retired Ron hainsey as your 2nd most used dman, or leafs surprise people and actually win series.

Say what you want about cap issues, Leafs D NEEDS fixing. Rielly, Muzzin, Dermott should be only 3 returning next year regardless how playoffs go. They need tough defensive dmen, primarily right handed shots.

Avs escape St. Louis with a huge point. Two up on the Coyotes for the 2nd WC with 3 to play.

I feel like the Blues were the ones who escaped that. They've got to figure out how to stop blowing two-goal leads before the playoffs. Was a good game though, Avs definitely played with the intensity they needed in the 2nd and 3rd.

I'm hoping the Canes miss the playoffs now, just to laugh at Dundon.

Dundon has to be up there for recent bad investors.

Buys Canes and has no plans to move them, has Waddell(who was part of Thrashers management group) as Canes GM and president, and invests in the AAF.

If XFL needs money, call Dundon.

Based on remaining schedules though, Habs are probably the odd team out.

So that Koskinen contract still makes no sense to me. Still not sure if that's a Chia decision or the ownership decision.

Totally agree on Waddell. How can he be given so much power?

This coming from an ex-Thrashers fan who saw how bad he ruined Atlanta.

A forgettable season all around for the Wild. Missing out on the playoffs because they were bad at home, is about the last thing I expected. Also fitting that they crushed a good team (beat the Jets all 5 times this year, lol) the night that they got eliminated. Season in a nutshell right there.
