I was so out of the loop after the Wild crashed out. I missed the skating of the Cup for the first time since the mid 1990s

You didn't miss much. The final two rounds in particular were pretty tough sledding.

Respect to everyone in the bubble for getting through this thing without any virus disasters. Grats to the Lightning.

Has there been anything announced schedule-structure wise for the '20-21 season?

Sounds like over the next week or so they'll be discussing it.

With the draft next week and FA soon after, I'm sure they'll all meet before and figure out a plan.

And with numbers going back up in various areas, no way I see anyone committing to December start date.

I'd just play it safe and have games from January.

Who says it'll be any different in january?

That’s the saddest thing to me. I’m wondering the same about NBA next season.

They'll need to discuss how a season can be played with the virus. Not wait it out. It's not gonna happen.

                Suggestions:

                - Make the divisions only play eachother. Each division could have its own bubble. Or not.

                - Just play. Clubs are rich can use private jets to travel. When players get sick quarantine them.

                - Set a limit on how many players you can have in quarantine before you need to quarantine the entire team.

                - Isolate teams from older people and people at risk.

                - Ban old people from the teams. No coaches at 65+. Measure BMI of personel etc.

                - Play fewer games so that it can be possible to postpone games and play at later dates.

                ... and so on ...

Soccer/football is being played in europe so it can be done...

I played in a golf outing with JT Miller over Fathers day weekend. I asked him to take it easy on the Avs if he came across them and he told me I didn't have to worry about that happening.
                  So, um.

I'll be playing with him in the same outing next weekend. Anyone think I should bring this conversation up??? I don't think that would go very well lol.
