Let's just see Leafs vs TB in the playoffs.

They can't beat the Bruins, a team they're similar to in the standings, or a team who shouldn't have been good enough to even make the playoffs.

Maybe it's been staring them in the face all along. Just go for the top dog right off the bat. Maybe that's the key in all this......

Or maybe they get shutout 4 straight games and get swept, who knows.

Leafs in Buffalo. The result is expected, but still in disbelief when it happens.

Up 3-1, later 4-2, and before you know it, tied game.

Also, gotta love the not filled arenas where the mics end up picking up the ice sounds more than the crowd. Let's just say the Sabres weren't telling the Leafs to puck off you trucker.

Can't say I've seen this before.

Simmonds and Borowiecki drop the gloves and square up to fight.

Punches are about to be thrown and then.....Borowiecki skates away because he has something in his eye, and that's the end of that.


To be fair, before they were going to grab each other, Simmonds hand did look like he might have inadvertently hit the eye, but it was funny and weird at first seeing someone skate away from a fight.

Don't think it's coincidence that Avs hasn't lost when Nichushkin played in a game this year, he's so good and going to get paid.

His greatest accomplishment has been making Tyson Jost look like a NHL player last year.

I’m a bad fan. I don’t watch every game. I don’t watch most games these days. But I get score updates every period and news on my phone, so I stay abreast of things. Every few days I’ll check standings.

These ****in’ Flyers haven’t won in almost a month. We were 8-4-1 or something and looking pretty good. We haven’t scored more than 3 goals since October 27th. What?! We were lighting up the scoreboard to start the season and then it just disappeared. PP has been hot garbage too.

Get it together boys!

Either the boxscore is wrong, or the Leafs actually only had 4 official hits through 3 periods tonight.

And Foligno runs into Campbell without anyone making contact with Foligno when it happened, knee to the head, no call, Leafs players let it go too.

This team is STILL way too soft. Get some toughness for once and actually play like they kicked your dog.

And one thing which hasn't changed during the pandemic is my hatred of shootouts.

Flyers just fired Vigneault

Just never stayed consistent. I knew this was coming if we couldn’t stop skidding.

I liked the hire 2-3 years ago but we were always stuck in neutral. Hopefully we can get one of those boosts so many teams get when they make a mid season coaching change. Good call to do it now and see if we can salvage this year.

Lots of firings happening recently.

Guess teams can afford to now vs last year when you were limited mostly on the border restrictions preventing a possible candidate from interviewing/being hired immediately.

I wouldn't celebrate until you know who the replacement is. Vancouver could bring in Chiarelli for all you know.

Looks like Vancouver hired BBQ Bruce to coach. It sounded like Benning wanted to bring in Julien.

Rumor has it Philly is going to bring in Tocchet to replace AV.

Tocchet would be a classic Flyers move. Keeping it in the family like we’ve done for my whole adult life. Tocchet was just inducted in to the Flyers HOF in November.
