For those who don't see the Canucks much, this is pretty much who they've been since the All-Star break, regardless of who's in net. Solid defensively, good work ethic, scoring has almost completely dried up.
1st 55 games: 1st in GF (scored 5+ goals in a game NINETEEN times)
Last 27 games: 27th in GF (scored 5+ goals in a game TWICE)
Whether it's a lingering injury or mental issue, Pettersson disappeared around that time.
2022/23: 39G, 63A (105 point pace)
23/24, 1st 55 games: 28G, 44A (107 point pace)

What a comeback by the Canucks.
Classic NHL playoff hockey: Preds hit the post on what would have been a game clinching empty net goal and instead the Canucks tie it and win in overtime.Comment

So this is the second time that 3 Canuck goalies have each won a game in a single playoff series (2004: Dan Cloutier, Johan Hedberg, Alex Auld). I would have to imagine that other teams have done this, though I can't think of any.
EDIT: Apparently the 1972 Blackhawks are the only other team to do so.Last edited by DrJones; 04-28-2024, 09:32 PM.Originally posted by Thrash13Dr. Jones was right in stating that.
