I often wait over 3 weeks when I order stuff from the UK so I imagine it might be even longer for a package coming from New Zealand.

Just wanted to say that I am really happy with this game. It has the occasional quick / small bug etc but overall it is by far the best Rugby game ever made and is light years better than the other game. Really great fun to play with a few mates over a few cold ones.

That's great to know. We've got a patch in the works, so hopefully that will deal with the bugs you're hitting.

Like many have said. With Madden 12, Fifa 12 pES2012 and then NBA 2K12 how will this game compete not coming out earlier?

o Added ‘Game Play Sliders’ to Game Play options to adjust the following:
· High Tackle Frequency
· Offload frequency (AI)
· Offload success rate
· Pass success rate
· Break tackle ability
· Tackle ability
· Attack urgency
· Defensive urgency
o Added the ability to play Online Private Matches with either Balanced Team Stats or Offline Team Stats.
o Movement restrictions for RaboDirect Pro12 and Top 14, now players can only be moved within their respective competition due to licensing restrictions.
o Xbox 360 – Improved frame rate.
o Xbox 360 – Fixed issue where 50 Online Matches Trophy were not being awarded.
o Fixed issue where if an injury occurs on a try the gamer would not be awarded a conversion attempt.
o Fixed issue where Knock-on in in-goal area caused issues with awarding a Try and awarding a penalty to the Try Scorer when advantage was being played.
o Fixed issue where attacking team gets tackled over dead ball line, results in attacking team performing drop out on the 22m line.
o Corrected text from ‘Penalty’ to ‘Option’ when lineout results in an option to the opposition.
o Fixed issue where if the gamer holds sprint during a Tutorial in the loading screen the panting SFX would continue into game.
o Fixed issue where sin bin returns where being cancelled by a new yellow card.
o Fixed issue where Yellow Card players would not return to the field under specific circumstances with ‘Time added on’ (over 40mins and over 80mins).
o Fixed issue where if more than 2 yellow card players were off field they would return to the field in the wrong order.
o Fixed issue where some gamers were not able to replace injured players.
o Fixed issue where passing to playmaker from the ruck would sometimes pass to forwards.
o Fixed issue where failed passes would sometimes be thrown at an extreme angle backwards.
o Fixed issue where the Haka would sometimes play with incorrect leader animations.
o Some player names changed for licensing reasons.
o Various other stability improvements, minor fixes, and minor tweaks.

Pretty good list of fixes. Too bad there doesn't seem like any fixes for Career Mode, eg. not transferring players, just cloning them, or fixing the fullback logic, eg. sprinting towards the center of the field, instead of towards the attacking player.

This is interesting too.

I am very new to rugby sports video gaming, but from what is aw of this game early on in preview gameplay vids and then user videos through youtube the fact remains that i am left VERY impressed with the game's gameplay and visuals.

I got it for 360 as I prefer to game on the 360.

I recently had a chance to get a early copy of Rugby World cup and that game has absolutely nothing in common with this one. This a much more polished and well put together game and if time permits can become an amazing series if followed though on and has its focus set on realism...

There are two things tat standout. Flow of games and overall speed. There are part thats are near perfect and other parts where they are not as pleasing to play against. There are akward speed burst etc that i myself might go and try and fix due to a very nice and robust player edit mode which make a ton of sense when ediitng(x and y buttons nicely go up and down plus 20!- very nice feature for roster guys)


So for a game that is supposedly a first run game the ebb and flow is very well done.

The game is INSTANTLY playable and has MANY great animations and DOES NOT feel canned... Think Fifa 9...

Very cool Tomba! Thanks for sharing, man I can't wait to pick this up as I am already starting to get sick of RWC.

I'm sure they both have their plusses and minuses so I may end up playing both a lot. But either way, I still want this game bad.

From what I have played of both game RWC has most of the minuses and this game has most of the positives. Adding sliders will make it even better.
