Stormyhog: That's Tru Blu's area. I should imagine that is still the idea, but I'm not actually privy to their plans in that direction.

I see that Mad Catz is distributing it for North America but here is the problem...

I went to their site and it shows just that, but I can't seem to find a list of vendors available that are going to carry the game. I can't even seem to order it online directly from them.

Anyone have a link where we can see what stores in NA are going to carry it? Or when it is going to even be available?

I would just order it online from Mad Catz but I don't see an option for that anywhere.

I really didn't want to order it from the UK or NZ because I didn't want the long wait.

Anyone?

***Try out these game setting to make the game more realistic***

I've played the game for a bit now and noticed some realism problems making the game feel too start and stop and arcade like..

Try this:

Go into customize teams and make the teams defensive sliders down to ZERO.
Now make the teams offensive sliders go up by +20.
Then play the game on EASY.

What this does is eliminate the amount of scrums and eliminates immediate tackling. CPU and user running when in contact looks and plays more realistically now...

There needed to be breakaways from tackles that I feel were not happening without this adjustment to the teams

Even if this doesn't look right ON PAPER... TRY IT! with just two of your favorite teams and see what happens? What the worse it could do? Work? lol

The break tackle and tackle ability are going to be HUGE sliders for this game as that is what i feel is hindering this game right now. My fix above works but just having the sliders there makes it easier

I'm with you, want this game badly, but don't want to order it from overseas. However, according to the link below, it may be November til we see the game here. So, in that case, you might as well order it now because you'd have to wait anyway:

Framerate issues on 360 are horrble. I am hoping the patch fixes them because it is UNPLAYABLE during night games.

Day/Overcast is ok , day/fine is ok everything else has a lag i haven't seen in sports games in years...Truly bad

I wait for now regret getting the 360 version myself

What about stateside PS3 gamers who chooses to import it? And that's a big "if." Not sure if I want to import or wait (hoping) for a North American PS3 release. I will import if absolutely necessary.

Side note: Even though I'm not even a fan of Rugby, having played the demo for RWC 2011 and running youtube videos for Rugby Challenge, my interest in the sport has definitely gone up. Need to find a place where I can learn about the sport. All I will say is this: I'm excited for NBA2k12 and Rugby Challenge.

That depends on when and where you purchase it from. The SKUs being released October 14 will have the patch included, however if you order it from NZ, Australia, or South Africa at the moment you will need to download the patch.
