If you can find it, buy it. This game is worth it at any price. It will be the one sports game that will have the most replay value in your collection. Give yourself 5 or 10 attribute points for distance and leave every other skill at 0 and it will always be a challenge to break 70. I've shot 65 one round thinking I've got it licked and then get humbled with a 75 the next round. You'll be using your Tiger Woods CD as a coaster after you play this one. I don't what the 360 game will be like but the current Links will become one of the all time classic sports games for it's difficulty.

By far my biggest problem is putting. I just can't get a handle on it, but I don't mind. It's nice playing a golf game that truly is a challenge. No game will ever be able to re-create the difficulty of the actual game, but this is the closest thing we've got.PS4: aBayBates

Great - I'll be out of town until Tuesday. I know 3 other people not on these boards who would be into it as well.Comment

Re: Anyone want to be in an Links tourney???-- Advanced Level
I was late getting it setup (I'd forgotten how!), but it's now up. The tournament name is "OS Forum 7". It is an advanced ability level, but I've added a note on the tournament home page on XSNSports.com to either create or use an advanced player with 7 skill points. This is real easy to do. Create an advanced player, complete the 10-15 minutes worth of interactive player tutorials, and you're upped to 7 skill points. That way, we're on the same playing field.
There is no password. The venue is New South Wales, 72 holes, varying weather and wind conditions. The tournament ends on the 25th. Good luck!
BTW, here's a link to the tournament's home page on XSN Sports page:

Something went wrong with my tournament setup, I'm afraid. I set it up and then was unable to join it myself. This morning I got a message from XSN saying that my tournament was being disbanded because not enough people joined..... no one could have. I think I botched it password wise. I'll set up another one and test it out. I'll let you guys know if this one flies.Duke Football? Hell yes it's Duke Football! --- Coach CutcliffeComment
