So my gushing aside the one thing that bothers me is the lack of courses (only 12 including those 2 stupid fantasy courses) compared to the consoles. I read somewhere that there are courses that can be downloaded from sites created by fellow gamers like people use to do for Links. Anybody know where to find the sites and can they be imported into the game where you could use it on a Tour season for instance.

Courses for TW(PC version)
After years of enduring the crappy arcade versions on the consoles, got a new computer and I finally bought the PC version (TW07) and "WOW". The game looks beautiful on the highest settings, the physics are spot on and you can never accuse this game of being too easy and using the mouse is much more intuitive and frustrating as hell but at least I'm happy when I get a birdie and I don't foresee any hole in one's anytime this decade. I'm kicking myself for wasting money on all those Xbox versions and sitting on my computer chair for hours is actualy better on my back than the couch. The simulation aspect of this game has made me forget about Links.

Re: Courses for TW(PC version)
Yes, but will the courses at that site be compatible with the new 07 PC ver?
Edit: looks like a dead site. Try this: http://www.coursedownloads.net/coursesource/Comment

I read somewhere on that site that they wil have a career editor patch available sometime in February that EA will provide for download. This lets you import any course into your PGA season and edit the season any way you want. Getting to actually use Augusta for a major would be super cool.Comment

Found that site yesterday and it looks good and courses there should be coming out soon for 07 and it looks like I won't be left wanting, they already have over 400 courses for 06(including Augusta).

That site looks good too. Anybody ever use these courses? Do they look good and how easy are they to download because the installation instructions looked pretty confusing and I'm sure to screw it up.Comment

I've downloaded quite a few courses here and Augusta is done quite well. Give it a look...Comment

Re: Courses for TW(PC version)
Thanx Bobo I found that site but the home page gave the impression that nothing could be downloaded yet into 07. I was wrong now I can use Augusta for the Masters once the Tour editor becomes available. With this many courses available how can yoy enjoy anything but the PC version.Comment

Re: Courses for TW(PC version)
It's official, I'm an idiot. How the hell do you download the courses into the game to play. I was trying to do Augusta, I saved it onto my desktop and now I'm stuck. Can anybody out there give me the idiot guide to doing this and please make it simple before my ADD kicks in.
I remember doing it for links but I was younger and smarter back in those days.

Re: Courses for TW(PC version)
Quite simply it does not matter how many courses you can add to the PC version when the gameplay is flawed. As long as the lie of the ball has NO IMPACT on the ball flight, then the game is not even worth playing IMHO.PC / Xbox One X
