Same here, then I check the 360 and my pic is there but I get the error message about must be 1024x786 and a JPEG. My pic is a JPEG and is double the 1024x768 pixels exactly, but still a no go. Any help??

I know it's getting redundant, but I experienced the same issues over and over until I used IE, it worked the first time, and have since uploaded quite a few times without a problem.

I usually upload around midnight EST.

everyone please forgive me if this is a stupid question. First of all I am able to get to step #3 of th uplaod and I can see my front views in my inventory. Some of you are using those images to make game faces. How do you do that? How does ESSPORTSNATION link these photos to your xbox360? When I get to the game it tells me that I have not downloaded my photos onto the EA servers. Is there a process of linking these photos to my gamertag that I am missing? Please help. Thanks

FOUND THE DOWNLOAD FREEZE FIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At the ea forums they said make sure the url in the address bar is

http://www.easportsworld.com/#tiger

and not

http://easportsworld.com/#tiger

for some reason the www makes it work, mine uploaded just now no problem, gotta put it on the game when i get home

1st make sure your email listed in your gamertag, you know the one you entered when you set up your XBL account is one you can access. Next login to EA, go to modify your persona's or something to that effect. add xbox live account as a persona. go to the email your XBL account is set up with, and confirm the link to your ea account

I had the same exact thing happening, then finally yesterday evening, both the front pic and the back pic downloaded all the way, the "downloading picture blah blah" disappeared and it take you back to the "locker" page.

I then went to the game and both pics were there and I did the whole thing again only this time when I did add a side photo it worked and did not give me the error message about 1024 x 768 & being a jpeg.

So even though your side pic will show up as "being there" in the inventory, unless the download on the sportsworld website totally completes and the notice disappears it is not useable. *Both my pics I did exactly 1024 x 768 *

BTW, it looks awesome now that it finally worked. The wife thought it was creepy how it looked just like me. :-)

I have yet to be able to log into this. I still get the damn server overload error. I can't believe they can't get this to work properly.

Make sure you link your Xbox Live profile to your EA sports profile. That was the problem I had. Now it works perfect. Only problem is I look Asian. And I'm white...

Boy, I wish I could tell you. If I remember correctly, when I first put in Madden or NCAA, one of the two, a box popped up on my console when I went to access an online game and asked me to register or something. So I registered with EA sports on my system I believe.

everything is f'ed up on my system....i spent 4 hours trying to get this gameface feature to work and nothing...is there anyway to start over...

i have 2 emails i use and one has the xbox live gamertag linked to it and the other one doesn't...can anyone give me a step by step instructions..
