okay, i have no idea what im doing. I created an account, used my email associated with my gamertag and it keeps telling me i have no persona loaded or something like that...

same here, so I made an ea "name"...uplaoded photos, turned on the game, went to upload my "face" and it says that I don't have any photos for my gamertag.

When I go back to my profile page, it gives an option to link an existing Live Gamertag...I type in my gamertag, and nothing happens...it doesn't register.

So I can uplaod photos through a EA name...but can't get them in the game because it wont link my gamertag.

WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The game is fun, but with a mega-broken feature, can I return it for a full refund claiming malfunction? EA should eat the costs of returns if it can't fix this feautre soon. We are paying for a broken feature that was heavily advertised to us.

I get to the screen where you upload photos but when I click on browse nothing happens. I try to enter stuff into the text bar there and I can't even type in the path to the pictures.

Bought the game this morning, and have created several faces without one problem. Took the pics with my digital camera, went to http://www.easportsworld.com, logged in with my e-mail/password. Followed all the onscreen prompts, then went to my 360 and did everything there.

Exactly....With both front and side, I look eerily like myself. Which, when I see the celebrations after a good shot, makes me realize how dumb I must look in real life after a good shot

Would you mind telling me how you took your pictures? Did someone else take them or did you? How far away were you? And in EA Sports World when it has you set the limits of the picture and where the face should be, etc., where did you put it? Did you try to make it show your whole face of just the fact itself, not the ears, etc.? I hear how much everyone loves how they look and I just don't find my guy looks much like me. I am using a digital camera about 3 feet away with flash and just cannot get the character to look like me. I can do a better job creating the face myself...

I vaguely remember at one point being asked on my Xbox while playing an EA game if I wanted to register with EA. I did this, gave them my email, and then used this email on EA Sports World. I know this probably doesn't help but maybe it will help you get in the right direction.

I took them myself, with my digital camera....took some trial and error, but in my bathroom (fairly white background), I tried to line it up and get it right. The pictures were a greater resolution, so I just used photoshop to cut out a 1024x768 segment that looked pretty similar to what they suggest online.

Just have your digital camera take a massive picture and cut out your head in the right resolution, should be pretty good.

I don't think so unfortunately. I added Yosh Tanagawa's glasses to my character as they look pretty close, but they have a silver lens instead of clear.

make sure you are signing in at the top right hand corner and not in the middle part that pops up. I found that out.

well for famous people i just use google image. and then once it loads it up i have to change a few things, face shape, forhead height, and lips. those are the main things i adjust.
