Tiger Woods 10 Golf Courses?
Does anybody know what golf courses will be included with this years game? I read there was going to be sixteen of them, but have not heard what they are.

No Banff Springs? Where's the Canadian content, not to mention that course was a fantastic course to play on Links. Looks like it will only be available for the Wii. Is it just me or does the Wii version have pretty good graphics, at least good enough to enjoy playing 27 courses on and no reason to buy the PS3 version.

Banff Springs is definately in the game. Watch the latest blog video and you clearly see Banff Springs is one of the courses and he's using a 360 controller. Not sure why i wouldn't be on that list

I'm really disappointed that Gary Player CC, Wolf Creek and Riviera and not making a return visit in this years game. I really enjoyed those courses.
I'm not one that really argues this point with gamers but, the 360 DVD limitations are hurting this game. Last gen it always felt like each new TW game would have many of the same course while adding new ones and increasing the total number in the game. This gen it looks like we are going to be stuck with 16 each year which means to add new ones, old ones must be dumped. Yes, I know they are going to be more aggressive (at least they say) with DLC this year but, that will be an un-welcome solution if they keep the ridiculous $7.99 price tag for each course, IMO.Comment

The rubber band AI has kept me away from the game the past couple of years, so I do not remember this. Did last years current gen game have 16 courses as well?
I don't have a Wii, but am tempted by that version due to the larger number of courses. The new improvements when playing in tour mode have drawn me back to a purchase this year, not sure if these things are in the Wii version. Regardless, looking forward to the game next month.Comment

I figured Oakmont was in after seeing the bunkering in one of the pictures at the official website. They did a good job on that. It will also be fun to play Hazeltine as well.Comment

Well the official reason is that the extra cost to include a 2nd 360 disc for courses is cost prohibitive. (Even though PC golf games like Links never had this problem).
The real reason is because for the PS3 and 360, DLC has become a licence to print money for developers because when idiots (I'm sorry but you are an idiot if you have ever been stupid enough to pay for DLC for any game) started getting conned into paying for it the developers had no need to give you a complete game when they can sucker you into paying for more. The flood gates have broken on this so DLC will always be part of a game purchase now because they know a sucker is born every minute.Comment

Because every 360 DVD requires a licensing fee that every developer pays when they press the game onto the DVD. This is part of the reason why console games are more expensive than PC games. So in essence, EA would have to charge more for the game or take the hit of the added expense of each additional DVD.....neither option is appealing.PC / Xbox One X
