Do we know dlc pricing yet?

Trying to decide if I'm best to get the collectors or std. If I get std I could split cost of dlc with step dad assuming the ce courses are less than 20 bucks.

Chances are it's the same as last year. $20 for the 5 CE courses (if you plan on getting these anyway, obviously just buy the CE) and $40 (2800 points) for the remaining 11 courses.

I dont understand.. are you playing on different gamertags? If so, you can't "split the dlc" by just buying it once and sharing it. You'd need to buy it twice, once per gamertag. It's $20 to buy, or an extra $10 if you get the CE.

Forgive me if I misunderstood you.

What did single courses cost last year? With my CE preorder I'll have 21 courses plus Doral as the preorder bonus and since there are 26 events per season in career mode I only want to get 4 more (and there's only 4 or 5 DLC out of the 11 available that I really like enough to buy anyways) so I'll have 26 courses for 26 events and that way I get to play each one at least once a season. Have no use for the fantasy courses and don't like several other real ones like San Antonio and Liberty National so buying the whole package is a waste of money for me.

Somebody can correct me if I'm wrong but I believe most of the single courses last year were $3 (240 MSP) and the two new courses that hadn't been in the series before (one licensed and one fantasy) were $4 (320 MSP).

I believe they will be a bit more expensive this year as you can get them for free now.. last year, I thought the prices were much more reasonable than years past... especially buying the packs....

On Xbox, every gamer tag can use DLC with just one purchase on one machine.

                    this is inaccurate.

No longer true. They stopped allowing that months ago.

Where can you buy the DLC courses with points? I'm only seeing the coin thing

If the IGN review is accurate, there is no option to just buy a course this year. You have to buy coins to play & then earn the course by mastering it.

If that's true, it's horribly stupid.

As far as I know, this is not the case...courses can be purchased for unlimited use through the Xbox Marketplace and PS Store according to what others have said.

Xbox.com has a variety of courses and packs available for purchase with MS points(I am at work so can't actually try it).

The confusing thing is are the extra courses on the championship edition also DLC or are they different?
