The move to regular shafts has changed this entire game for me. Had multiple fast and perfect speed swings throughout the daily round. It's a good round when I average 295 off the tee.

Finished the daily at -5. Could've been better but also could've been a whole lot worse. Missed some birdie opportunities but also made some key long par saves. Believe I was bogey free as well.

Ball above/below your feet. I look at that first and also the line from that same "crouch" view. On longer putts I get better idea of the line after I press the A button and address the ball, not sure if it's less blurry in that view but it looks different. Also look at the cup carefully. It's "tilted" slightly when there's break where cup is...

And you have to learn to trust what you see and sometimes ignore the above/below feet angle. I just had a putt at Augusta where ball was 2 degrees below my feet but edge of the cup was completely horizontal and the green just looked like flat to me. So I just aimed to left-center of the cup and made that putt.

Well first round of that 36-hole connected tournament went well, finished with -4 in windy weather and fast course conditions. I was bit nervous on 18th tee and took propably too many practise swings and pushed my drive to the right into middle of trees.

So there I was, 215 yards from the green and wind blowing directly from the pin looking around and there was just trees everywhere. Only sensible option was to chip my ball back to the fairway. But since that is always the very last choice for me I kept looking and actually found an opening between two trees 10 yards infront of me. Then there was 3rd tree about 15 yards further in that same opening but that tree was little smaller.

All those branches blocked the possibility to hit high shot so only option was to hit a low bullet between those two trees and over that 3rd one. So I took my 3-wood and applied full power and almost full draw to get the aiming marker to the green.

So I hit that maxpower draw and after impact game screen immediatelly went into that "you just hit your ball OB" -mode because my ball was flying over that other fairway and hooking like crazy back to the left. So I closed my eyes and just listened and then came that sweet "schmack" sound, my ball happily landed into the greenside bunker. Little awkward lie, managed to get my ball 3 feet from the cup. Easy par putt and a fist pump.

Was so happy, that shot was just so amazing. 215 yards against the wind, big draw through a "window" and an easy par. Good times!

What are your attributes that your driving the ball 295? Are you a power swing?

Power swing and my power attribute is now sitting at 80. I may have had some slight wind help on some holes, but if I hit the fairway I usually get around 290.

+5 on the daily, +4 on one hole where a tree was overhanging right past the tee box, that was frustrating.

How are you judging a full swing putt? I'm all over the place on those, I do fine within 5 feet, but on some of 30 footers I end up 15 feet past uphill. I have no feel for when I'm supposed to stop the backswing without the meter.

Getting better! +2 in the daily. With a triple bogey. The hazard drops MUST be fixed. It's just crazy. On the bright side, I scrambled like crazy to make a few pars on the back. It was a ton of fun. Giving everything a little more break than I see, and it worked out awesome.

And shot under par at Augusta and AAC in practice rounds. It's starting to all click.

I really love this game.

Then I start catching the iron leaves covered in leather during the dailies, then I give up, just rush through the round because no matter what I do with the 3/4 shot, trying to hit the top of the ball, whatever I wind up making a triple that I had no business making because of the stupid "leaves".

How can they make such a great game and have one feature year after year that ruins so many rounds for me?? Why?...Why?

Best round of the year for me in the Daily. Shot a -7.

Had a -8 coming on to 17, but pushed my drive right. Had some trouble getting to the green, and shot my only bogey of the day.

So amped right now.
