I think that'll just be an advertising tagline - don't get many games released on a Monday, and surely if they were releasing it next week, then they'd be giving us all the info we'd be expecting now, rather than later.

I'm more than happy to be proved wrong though

That would be shocking if that's the release date. That little bell icon seems it's more like a "set your notifications for more info on Aug. 22".

The game is not coming out on August 23...it was an announcement of an announcement. There will be news about 2K23 coming out next Monday.

I'm not the least bit plussed by their misleading use of the term "tee it up"... we all as golfers know what that means, and it's nothing to do with reading or watching a game preview or press release!

That post is old news, I believe. When that news came out months ago about the status of 2k scheduling for the quarter ending in March, most here assumed that meant March at the latest. We're hoping it comes out sooner obviously, and when Luke Elvy said "coming out in August" it kind of confirmed that it would be released well before March 23.

Not likely at this point that it's coming this month, but I'm still betting we get it before Christmas.

Ok, cool, well I hope you're right. It's been a very long, strange ride for a new PGA game, not just from 2K but ditto for EA, sort of a really weird time to be a PGA golf fan.

My wife and I enjoy gaming together but all she will play are three games: Diablo 3, PGA Tour and Mario Kart.

So needless to say I just need a new golf game, LOL
