If we add fittings to the 2k clubs do we keep those if we upgrade to a better set of clubs or do we lose them?

The fittings stick to the clubs you apply them to.

Made it through the Korn Ferry Tour part of MyCareer. I am enjoying the Dynamic Rounds option, which is basically the Quick Rounds option from EA PGA.

It's odd that there are sponsors in the MyCareer that, at this point, have no items for you to equip. For example, Bridgestone wanted to be my club sponsor, but the only Bridgestone clubs in the game are within the sponsor rewards themseleves...there are no Bridgestone clubs in the PGA Tour Superstore.

Same thing is going on with me. I’m holding out for a TaylorMade deal because I have all Emerald clubs with them at the moment.

For apparel, it seems Footjoy and Adidas have the most available in the store at the moment.

Getting horrible framerate drops this morning on PS5. Annoying that this is an issue that seems to come and go.

Also noticing the odd leaderboards in MyCareer on the PGA Tour. With "Pro" AI skill settings, the cut in week one was +10, leader was at -8 after two rounds...in the end, the winner had a score of -15, and I finished in 19th at +6?!?!

Also noticing the odd leaderboards in MyCareer on the PGA Tour. With "Pro" AI skill settings, the cut in week one was +10, leader was at -8 after two rounds...in the end, the winner had a score of -15, and I finished in 19th at +6?!?!

This is bad sign. Wasn't it like this last year too? I ended up going to 2 round tournaments because I was frustrated last year with these weird scoring distributions.

Yeah, I ended up just doing 1-round events in 2K23.

My second event of the season, the Bluff Championship, had Xander Schauffele (-19) win by one stroke over Ludvig Aberg (-18), but then there was a large gap. Troy Merritt was 3rd at -11. I finished in 6th at -7.

For the record, I am doing Dynamic Rounds. Not sure that makes a difference.

It doesn’t, seeing the same thing doing full rounds. Something is glitched on the PGA Tour side of things because I wasn’t seeing these type of gaps in the lower tours.

Played my first online match today, easy win. Really gonna enjoy ranked this year with everyone on the same playing field, going up against three clickers as an analog player never felt quite fair in past games

Would one of you gents check something on the greens for me? I play no grids but use scout camera for putting but in demo this feature is broken. Could someone try out a shot or two for me & report back please.

Whilst on green press triangle (or equivalent) to enter scout, go to lowest view behind the putter head and lock in that view with O (or equivalent) now make the putting stroke, does the camera stay locked at chosen position or does it snap out to a different view?

I like to watch the ball rollout to get a read if I miss.

Haven’t had any frame rate issues myself today, but screen tearing is starting to get very noticeable.

Yeah, PGA Tour career mode scoreboards are pretty borked in terms of score dispersion and distribution.

Farmers Insurance Open, winner is Andrew Putnam at -24.

Xander is second at -18, Adrian Meronk is 3rd at -16, Rory is 4th at -14, Rico Hoey is 5th at -10.

Then my character is 6th at -5, tied with Ludvig Aberg.

Thanks for checking MAB, you press triangle to enter scout camera,set the cameras position with analog stick & then enable swing with O. On 2k23 you could place the camera anywhere & watch the ball rollout it was totally down to the user. Problem with the new game is you can lock it in but it snaps out to an immersion breaker of an angle on impact.

Check cameras in settings & make sure approach & putting cameras are set on.
