So 11 of you have gotten at least one round, how’s everyone feeling about the settings?

I know! I was buzzing after my two best rounds since I got the game shooting 9 under after two but I'm miles behind

Thank you sir! I’ve found that golf games are my forte skill-wise, maybe because it’s just me and the course. Also probably from years of playing career modes on the hardest settings.

I enjoyed both my rounds honestly and I'm just a casual golf fan. I would even say casual is too much of a fan for how I feel about Golf.

Which is why I'm enjoying the game, less of a fan I am the better the games are because I'm not nitpicking everything (Like I do with NHL).

My goal is my own and playing in this society is for allowing myself to be able to get better but also not want to jump through a glass window. LOL

Being able to use the scout cam quickly with a zoom in and out to tee off was much better for me, but I can see why some would like to not use it.

Pro Trajectory: It's set to Aim only, it doesn't change the difficulty of the multiplier, so maybe just leave this set to "Open" and this just be a personal preference kind of thing.

Rhythm Preference: I'd recommend anyone on the fence, USE IT. My rounds got better with the use of this and learning how to initially.

Vibration: This is another Id say leave open, I turn mine off.

I would like to add I understand there will be guys that are just unreal, it is what it is.. But would be nice to somehow to try and level the playing field and see these tournaments have some suspense within a few shots of each other. This would almost have to be a trust factor and I honestly wouldn't think we would see a problem here. This isn't directed at you supersnivy48 aka Mr. -25 after 2 rounds. LOL.. Someone send him to the moon. Kidding!

          Those are my thoughts!

Hahaha, I’ll definitely be choosing harder settings when the option is there and will probably use other characters at some point. Not meant to pity anyone, I agree it’s just less fun on all fronts if a couple people are winning by 10+ shots every event. I always like a challenge anyway

I am new to the series, so I have a question about how the "societies" work. So basically, you create a group and have people join, and then you set up tournaments to play? Is there a limit to how many people have to join your society to play? Can you play on user created courses?

              Thanks for any help.

That basically sums it up. You can choose any course you want to host society events.

I have no idea if there are limits to the number of people who can join a society, as some have thousands of active members.

Ok, those settings were much better.

Is it just me or do close putts never go in?

You're both in. Make sure to join a second time.

Thanks for the info about the courses.

As far as the number of people in a society, I guess I should have worded my question better. If me and one of my buddies want to have an event, can we play with only the two of us being the only people playing in the event, or is there a minimum number of people required to start an event?
