    Re: iRacing after 2+ years

I knew this would happen, as soon as I re-up two weekends ago this happens. I only did 3 months to try and wait out a black Friday deal. Does anyone know if they apply part of your current subscription if I were to chose the 2 year for $99? For example, if I paid $30 a week and half ago, would they apply some of that towards the $99? It still is too good of deal to pass up, I am just upset because I waited until the last possible second for a deal to come out and nothing did; at least not until a week later.

I just did a year subscription re-charge a few weeks ago, so I may just hold out until next year for another deal like this to roll around.

Email them and ask, I've read of them doing similar things in the past.

the lotus 49 is crazy to drive. it feels so rewarding when you hit a nice lap though. so far im in the 21's at mosport with it with an optimal in the 20's. Ive only league raced the last year but may run another official season this coming season.

I see what you mean...I've finally gotten my Rookie oval license up to 2.97 on Lanier just running consistent laps and letting people pass on the inside(still landing Top 5's because it's a wreckfest).

Probably gonna sit out until the Charlotte Legends oval because that place just looks like it's gonna be bad news...I'll wait until Charlotte goes full oval tomorrow LOL and work my way to at least rookie 4.0...really wanna jump in the National Impala series for season 3

Check out the quick look on iRacing the guys from GiantBomb posted. (An enormous amount of inaccuracies being shared.)

iRacing has come a long way in it's league area, and seeing now that we are getting a good size of OSers running iRacing I was thinking I would start up an Operation Sports league. If you guys are interested give me some feedback here as to what cars and tracks we should run, how long the schedule should be and what time and day of the week we should run. Lets get this going.

If you can round up a good/number of group of guys, you can count me in.

Would definitely be interested in an OS league. Hope we could could run the gen6 it seems as though when ever I see a session someone wants to run a hosted session it's almost always fixed or an open superspeedway. I've just now started working on setups on whatever tracks I come by(season included) and making some progress after reading some guides or tips on setups. Never had so much trouble getting a car to feel comfortable like I do with the gen6 but I like the challenge its giving me. I'd be down with anything and hope this gets going.

I'd be down. I mostly do ovals, but I can figure out the roadies too.

I'd be interested. I'm an oval guy and would like to do the gen6's as well; however I would be willing to do the nationwide or truck series. I live in AZ, so I am currently 3 hours different than eastern time zone. I also have to travel for work some weeks so a Sunday race would be nice.

I'd probably be able to run sporadically, depending on when it is. I don't really care what is raced.

I would be down, though I doubt I could make every session.

I race ovals and road courses pretty evenly. On ovals, I'd prefer the Gen 6 Cup car, but the trucks would be okay, too. I don't own the Nationwide car, but I'd buy it if that is what you guys wanted to race. The McLaren is a fun car on the road side and not too challenging. The Lotus 49 would be fun, too, if you really want a challenge.

I would participate as often as possible. I am 100% owner, so I don't care what we run -
