I can't wait to hear more about the vehicle damage. This is what I'm most excited about. No other racing game to date has done a good job of this and if the goal is realism then this is a must.
If Forza and GT are meant to be "realistic" then why do they have poor damage modelling and physics? I don't play racing games to smash into things but accidents happen from time to time and I'd like to see some realism in this area. Nothing takes you out of that sim experience more than having your car slam into a wall or another vehicle at high speed only to have the car stop unrealistically or bounce of with no car damage. Even the new footage of GT5 shows car damage that's modelled inaccurately based on the collision that's taken place eg high speed crash into a wall which merely leaves scratches on the bonnett, a loose bumper and slight damage is NOT realistic. The car should disintergrate/crumble in this instance.
The fact that the devs for Nascar 2011 are giving this often overlooked area of the game serious attention gives me hope.

Also is it just sprint cup or is nationwide and the truck series included?
