Dave Thompson, one of the developers, tweeted today or yesterday that they will be working late but it will be out Feb. 15th. I wouldn't put much value into those release dates on ebgames. I hope they don't rush it though. F1 2010 is one of the better games that I have played but there are some little things that are holding it back from being on of the greatest games of all time. Some people down right hate F1 2010 b/c the developers promised so much from it. I'm hoping this doesn't happen here. I hope they got the things in the game right, especially since the career mode is going to be so basic this first year.

By the way, I'm not sure if anyone else has seen the interview and I can't even remember where it was now, but Ed Martin said there will be a 2012 but they will just release DLC for 2013 and work on fresh ideas.

Yea iam thinking they are trying as hard as they can to get this game out before the season opening daytona 500.

Ok, I may have spoke too soon. He didn't gurantee it but I don't think if there is a delay, that it wouldn't be pushed back to 3/29.

Well I just purchased a G27 wheel for the PS3 today for Nascar 2011. Bottom line is that I want them to release it when it is ready.

LOL...it depends when our baby is born! Didnt even think about that. He is supoose to be born at the end of July, so it really shouldn't be a problem!

5. idk, but I think it'd be cool to have 1 teammate (2 may be too much). They probably should be assigned randomly though.

I'm a fan of allowing different setups, I think it is a huge part of the game, tuning your car to your style. However, maybe we could compromise and put in some kind of restrictions or limits to the tuning, so that we don't get huge differences in lap times. Either make the restrictions universal, or possibly tie them into the team standings (the team in first would get the most leeway, the team in last would have to run w/ the standard setup, or at least very close to standard). That could be a fun way to make the team aspect important.

As for assists, I'll probably be god awful w/ no assists, but I'll have to play the game first to know for sure.
