    OSFC-Aaron's 499(Talladega)

There was no fighting this time around at Texas, yet we have had 7 races and Jimmie Johnson has yet to win. Repeat, JJ has yet to win. That's about as big as Mike picking the winner last week.

Looking at the Point Standings, we have a new leader, Me, aint I awesome.

This week NASCAR heads to Talledega for the Aaron's 500, yay more RP races. So once again another week with the same question(barely), will JJ return to glory this week and win his first race since Dover? Will the tires last this weekend? Will I continue my dominance? Will Dale Jr finally win or will focus on staying near the top of the standings? Will newcomer bluestreak10 break out of his horrid start? Will Bob make a decent pick this week? Will bjowers come back from the race with another win under his belt?Tune in to FOX on Sunday to find out.

I'm gonna borrow this from Mike,

Pick the amount of cars based on the place you are picking, if you pick 2nd pick 2 cars, 5th 5 cars, and so on.

Place the driver who you want the most at the top, 2nd most 2nd, and so on until you fill the list based on how many you need.

As I gather the list I will mark off cars from your list that have been taken. I will then take the driver who is highest on your list, that is left.

Please send me a PM with your picks. We are all members here at OS, and it's much easier to deal with it all in one place.

If I mess up, please let me know ASAP.

Please don't submit your picks on this thread, unless you want everyone in front of you to know who you really want.

Finally, don't forget to have fun

This race will be interesting they are going to be running smaller restrictor plates to slow the cars down, I'm sure the 2 car thing is still going to be the type of racing we'll see. And with the Alabama heat, I'm willing to bet this will be a race made for the new Ford engine since it can run so much cooler.

I loathe picking first. Do I go with Kurt, the new ford engine, past performances, etc? And Dega is a complete crap shoot.

        All that said, give me

Well I'm up and off to the track. ARCA race this afternoon but it looks like it might get washed out. Lots of storms forecast for this afternoon. That'll just mean more racing tomorrow ARCA, Nationwide, and cup qualifying. Last year the Nationwide race was rained out and they ran both on Sunday.
