Re: OS iRacing Hosted session(Indy and Iowa)
I am absolutely down for TeamSpeak for OS race Thomas. Run and I use one right now, but its from another group, so its not up to us to hand out the info. I have tried to set up our own, but I always mess it up somehow....if you know how to do it, count me in as joining.
I am going to set up a little Corvette-Sebring night action tonight...if anyone else wants in, just post in here...and I will pass along the password(its the same as our NW races) I will be hosting the room around 830/9 pm CST and it will be called Operation Sports-Sebring Night.Twitch - bluengold34_osComment

Re: OS iRacing Hosted session(Indy and Iowa)
What regular setup are you referring to?
Oh, I'll be there for the Indy race. Still not 100% sure I'm buying the new stuff, so I can't say for sure on Iowa, but it's a probably.Comment

Re: OS iRacing Hosted session(Indy and Iowa)
Which version of Team Speak?Just asking should we set up an OS team speak server, and could we fit one restrictor plate race in one weekend? I know a lot of you guys hate that type of racing but Talladega is my home track and after being a season ticket holder for 15+ years it is something I truly love. As a matter of fact I will host it with the same server name and password we already use use one of my setups. I'll pay out $10 in iRacing credits to the winner. If you get the right set of guys Talladega and Daytona can be very competitive and fun not a wreck fest like you see in the open servers, and I'm sure you guys are patient enough and smart enough o know when to make moves there.Comment

Re: OS iRacing Hosted session(Indy and Iowa)
One of the differences I see between the iRacing "baseline" set (I'm assuming that's the stock set, don't really know for sure though) and the fixed setup, is the tire pressures. Tire pressures are 20s on the left and 35s on the right with the fixed, compared to 30s and 65s on the baseline set.
Here's what the fixed setup looks like for me.

That's what I thought. For some reason the file is showing but when I loaded it, nothing changes. I am going to remove it and reload to see if it works. One of the differences I see between the iRacing "baseline" set (I'm assuming that's the stock set, don't really know for sure though) and the fixed setup, is the tire pressures. Re: OS iRacing Hosted session(Indy and Iowa)
I wouldn't mind doing one at some point, but I'd rather it not be this weekend. Since we're getting an updated version of the NTM, I'd rather be on a track where we can really tell the difference.
Just my $.02.Comment
