Re: F1 2012 Demo Available Now For 360, Tomorrow For PS3
at the end of the race you can watch back the entire replay, but other than that you only have the little moments (from what i can find) while actually in the race. Pretty sure that is how codemaster games have always been.Comment

What wheel settings do you all use (steering linearity, etc.)? It feels different than F1 2011 using the same settings.Last edited by superjames1992; 09-17-2012, 07:00 PM.Comment

Ive got my g25 set to 270 out of game, and 0 for everything in game, no environment effects, and wheel weight at like 80, ffb set to 40.Comment

Thanks. I just watched a replay of my 5 lapper. The cameras made it look like a real broadcast! Awesome....Comment

Just a note to anyone with wheels, go to custom and set the input over ride to wheel (at least on the demo) for some reason it makes the steering better at low speeds, rather than the Off, that is selected with the g25, or my mind could be playing tricks on me.Comment

My older Momo seems fine with defaults. I may tweak the steering a little to get a better turning radius..
So glad they released a demo for the PC. 1) I get to see if my computer can handle it (It can!), and 2) I get a taste before I buy blindly.Last edited by Segagendude; 09-19-2012, 01:59 PM.Comment

Re: F1 2012 Demo Available Now For 360, Tomorrow For PS3
Downloaded this demo last night, it looks much the same as 2011 to me graphics wise, control seemed to be a bit more twitchy/sensitive. However, this game is traditionally so damn good when it comes to a racing title, I'm trading in 2011 today, to pick this one up.
Im not a huge F1 fan, I find the races to be boring to watch with how spaced out the cars tend to be, with huge margins of victory and such, however I do watch, because some of the tracks are so challenging, and it is impressive to see what these guys do with those cars around those tight tracks. That being said, I enjoy playing this game usually much more than a NASCAR game simply because the tracks are more demanding, and much more fun to drive.
Can't wait to pick this up this afternoon.Miami Dolphins - Detroit Red Wings - Toronto Blue Jays - Michigan Wolverines - CANADAComment
